Still feels jarring every time how badly EOY lists are skewed to songs available all year, no 'Man I Need' on that list feels very wrong but it's no doubt an early frontrunner to be very high up the 2026 list.

Fleetwood Mac are #30 apparently? I thought they'd be higher. Coldplay, Oasis, Arctic Monkeys, Lana Del Rey all in the top 20 if I'm looking at the right list.

I love these charts! Thanks for doing them. But you have Wham! and Olivia Dean the wrong way round. The figures are correct, but the order seems to be wrong.

At a glance it looked like none of the top 10 songs of the year were by artists in the top 10 of the year - which seems surprising?

I didn't realise Tyla's "Chanel" managed to climb to #94 (down to #113 today)! Also making some improvements on Apple Music at #160 (was hoving in the 190-200 region for a bit). Hoping it'll do really well come new year when the Christmas songs clear out!

It looks like "CHANEL" might make the top 40 in the new year. Without Christmas songs, it'll be #21 (ACR and 3 song rules included).

Birds Of A Feather is in there for Billie! That's the only one though

The top 29 non-seasonal songs on Spotify with the ACR and 3 song rules in effect. It's hard to do the entire top 40 because some songs would be outside the top 200.
