ROSALÍA having a certified album to her name makes me very happy wub

Great to see the love for 'Favourite', 'Fame is a Gun' and 'Lost & Not Found' as well - the latter is one of my absolute favourites from Chase & Status music

I just love doing the certifications and observing the charts. It pleases my little, autistic brain.

I'll be continuing to do the certifications every Friday. It'll be a nice distraction.

Only 33.184 pre February 1994 units ?🫪

So it was a flop in the UK in the 80s

Highlights

Bryan Adams - Summer Of '69 (6x Platinum)

Men At Work - Down Under (3x Platinum)

Fleetwood Mac - Don't Stop (2x Platinum)

Summer of ‘69 - 3.6 million selling smash cheeseblock

Bryan perform it in a pub in Clapham or something so you can claim you are actively promoting it and get it re-set.

And the OCC has not yet reported the Michael Jackson albums Bad and Thriller to BPI for upgrades. (15P, 16P)

Maybe their 1994 and 1995 sales were adjusted downwards?

Surely because most of their sales were pre 1994? Isn’t Thriller 25 counted separately? Aren’t ABBA GOLD and Rumours also due upgrades based on all time sales?

Sales for a number of pre 1994 albums have been reported e.g. Sgt Pepper, Abbey Road, Rumours.

Thriller was 15 times Platinum on 26/11/21 and Thriller 25 was Platinum on 14/08/2009.

Bad was 14 times Platinum on 26/11/21.

Abbey Road and Dark side of the moon were also upgraded on 26/11/21.

Thriller must be very close to 16P by now.

this isn’t to be confused with the original Push the Feeling On, it’s a remake they did in 2017
