On the lyric video I’m assuming it’s more geared towards the US market - it’s charted for the first time on the Billboard Hot 100 at #77 so the push will be for there now.

YouTube literally doesn't even count to the US charts any more. I'm not really sure what the point is of them releasing it.

As Bror said YouTube doesnt count, its why there was all the "controversy" that Taylor debuted the Opalite videon on Spotify and Aplle Music

And yeah just checked and this lyric video has so far got a whopping 6,000 views in 6 hours. It's not moving any needles.

In the past, BTS downloads have had a significant impact. But whether this will be enough to overcome the deficit, I don’t know. Especially as both Rein Me In and iloveitiloveitiloveit will have massively more streams than SWIM each day since the last update.

January , think it was literally a week or 2 before Taylor dropped opalite as she was the first to premiere on Spotify/ Apple Music to get round it

I really don't like that the US use airplay. Its not what people are choosing to listen to and some artists suffer badly for it because they don't get pushed to radio. And dont they see its how their charts are so stale.
