Joe and Mystikal drop out in 8th with 'Stutter'. It was the third single to be taken from Joe's third album in 2000 and peaked at 7. There is an original slowed version of the track that used no samples however a double take remix uses the sample of 'Passin Me By' by the Pharcyde which itself samples 'Summer In The City' by Quincy Jones. There was an lawsuit from J-Swift over the sampling of 'Passin Me By' without crediting his name in 2001 but the suit later got dropped due to failing to respond to allegations. In the video actress Natashia Williams plays the girlfriend of Joe and also portrays the evil twin sister.
