Yesterday at 06:381 day It’s odd this is doing nothing on US Apple Music (the tracks, not the album).
Yesterday at 06:421 day Yeah I'm bit disappointed... It's mostly dance music but at least a track or two should appear. There are plenty of 4th of July songs charting though.
Yesterday at 09:471 day It's not hyperbole when people are calling this her best body of work in 20 years, huh? Finally got around to listening this morning and...wow. Will be back later with my thoughts!
Yesterday at 10:121 day Fragile is absolutely THE ONE, but Bizarre and Danceteria complete the holy trinity for me
Yesterday at 13:501 day Multiple listens in now!School is very similar to Britney’s Get Naked from Blackout. Madonna at the time said she used to workout to Blackout! Can really hear Daft Punk influences on the One Step Away instrumental and PSBs on the album standout track Bizzare.Love Sensation and Bring Your Love both sound so much better within the album.I see many are loving Danceteria, it’s ok but to me it is a poppier and far less accomplished rehash of Vogue and it sounds like MDNA (which I loved at the time but is not a classic Madonna album sound).Read My Lips is such a dud within the album.I now think IFSF is the best track by far. Sounds even better as the album opener. Edited yesterday at 13:531 day by aeroco
Yesterday at 15:111 day Spotify charts (03/07/26)Global:#60. "Danceteria" (NE) [1,841,973 streams]#166. "Bring Your Love" (RE) [1,310,542 streams]UK:#44. "Danceteria" (NE) [153,254 streams]#108. "Bring Your Love" (RE) [104,621 streams]
Yesterday at 15:141 day Danceteria hopefully coming for an official chart placement. Would be crazy successful for a Madonna era to have two top 40 singles to its name (especially with one of them being solo)
Yesterday at 15:211 day Anyone else LOVING L.E.S GIRLS…..?It just sits at the end, and is a total gem. Just adore it x

Yesterday at 16:261 day What an initial run from I Feel So Free to Danceteria! Those first five tracks are killer. The Test, Fragile and L.E.S Girl are heartbreaking and beautiful. Hard to narrow down favourites when everything is very strong
Yesterday at 16:431 day Listened to this quite a bit now...DANCETERIA is my fave, but I'm also loving so many of the other tracks. There are influences from Erotica on MY SINS and Bedtime Stories on the vocal of EVERYTHING (which is also a bit Sweet Dreams by Eurythmics).I was surprised by the more down tempo tracks as I expected nothing but dance.FRAGILE is lovely, as is LES GIRL.BIZARRE is a noughties throw back and another fave.Very few meh moments. This is a triumph.

However, the album sequencing in terms of song quality is not very streaming friendly, I find the first 4 tracks too generic and old-school for streaming era. Had the more dynamic, and dare I say, INTERESTING songs like Love Without Words and Danceteria been there among the first 3 or 4, it might have helped a bit. Idk, they had a vision and I appreciate that, but maybe people just gave up on listening after the opening and went straight to Danceteria?COADF had: Hung Up, Get Together, Sorry, Future Lovers - all fabulous hits on their own, 3/4 were singlesThis has: IFSF, Good for the Soul, One Step Away, BYL - only IFSF works as an introduction, others are my bottom 3 on the album which really SHINES when things get going later.
