'Last Christmas' remains the only ever 12-week #1 (until next Christmas obviously). There have already been 13, 14, 15 and 16 week #1s, so 'Rein Me In' would need to avoid ACR at least once more to have a unique number of weeks at the top.

Sadly the chart is even more stale than I thought it would be. I'm hoping we'll get an influx of new music soon to help clear the chart. Olivia & Ariana's new albums, perhaps Beyoncé releasing a new album...

Maybe SuBo is the answer instead!
