2 in the 2010s for Kylie!

'Living For Love' absolutely should've been a top 10 hit though. And I'd like to think a lead single from MDNA could've in different circumstances.

Oof I forgot the Higher remix

Will be interesting to see how many vinyl they can shift this week? Should be 5k between both fanbases at least?

At least the drop won’t be so dramatic! They could’ve probably had the 7”s out yesterday if they wanted to but I don’t know how much good it would’ve done, they would’ve needed 5k more for top 5.

Everything from here is a bonus, its a top 10 hit and nothing can chnage that now.

You made up for it by putting Rhythm of love at #2 though!

Yes we dont justice for Rhythm of Love to be fair.

They will sell quite a few cds this week too

Don't forget it is now on the biggest Apple Music Playlist and also on Amazon Hits UK.

Needs some Spotify movement

As i said im so happy Kylie has another top 10 but in a way now that the huge suprise has settled in im kinda glad it hasnt outpeaked Padam Padam as Padam was just a very special moment in her career.

I do like that Kylie’s three Top 10s have come through playing to her strengths rather than lending vocals to a DJ’s song or allowing someone to remix one of her hits which, for a long time, is how we ever thought she would receive another Top 10 again.

XMAS obviously got there on more dubious terms but it sold enough on physicals to justify its placing I think. To get #1 is still an achievement when none of the other Amazon exclusives did.

So happy for them both, #8 is amazing and beyond our expectations especially after midweeks kept going down.

As a Madonna fan, I think Kylie fans had a major impact in the result - potentially even more than Madonna fans. I’m glad it was worth it and can’t believe how close the numbers are between no.s 7 to 10. My last 8 downloads were definitely worth it!

Yes its nice that Kylie got it playing to her strengths but i do hope there are opportunities in the future for her to feature guest or a song of hers be used and it to become a hit just to stretch her charting years one step further.

This is what i was saying yesterday.

The sales gaps can be huge higher up to move up a place in chart. much better being strategic to keep some longevity.

They must have tracked the midweeks etc and new how many cds they had sold then unleashed them last day to take the top 10

this week its about being visible again in the early charts so vinyls out right now.

could we see by Sunday something like

2000 vinyl

250 more CDs

250downloads

1000 streaming

1st look top 10 again, monday midweeks top 20?

A lot of people liking the cover of the vinyl. going to quite popular

Who could imagine at the start of the decade, we'd now be sitting here talking about "3 top 10 hits"

Becoming less of a novelty now isn’t it! Next one will be “oh another Top 10? Nice”

It would be nice to get another top 10 but if they get the next lead single right with a co ordinated release we should easily see Kylie get another top 40 single.

Hopefully later in this year in addition to Xmas going silver we will also see it do ok in the charts again this year.

Why does the OCC sales report say LS is her 36th Top 10. She has 37 now does she not?

I get what you're saying but I think the priority for them was getting the top 10 peak. Once they realised it was within reach it didn't really matter whether it was #10 or #6, which was probably the maximum position that was achievable, they just needed to throw however many copies it took out to make sure it got there. It's just good that they have some tricks left up their sleeve with the 7" to cushion the fall a bit.

The vinyl is only coming in September though according to the website? Also at £20 (with postage) I’m not sure how many they’ll sell.

Mine is coming today by Amazon priority mail lol

Remember when we pushed and pushed for Dancing to sneak a top 40............

She really is legendary.

A big DJ remix is now what is needed
