I can only suggest listening to 'Caught In A Jam' more to understand the hype and see how catchy it is and give it your votes

like I said in the listenthrough, Botanikka has a good chance of appealing to people and there may yet be others we don't know about but I am very excited to see what actually happens now aah

Oh, I've listened to it plenty (and will definitely listen to it more, beyond this contest). I just don't necessarily think what I hear sounds like the winner - I would absolutely not be disappointed to be proven wrong!

I wish I had the confidence of some nations, but it would be a miracle if we hit top 30 this edition.

I kind of expected more hype or top 10 predictions for Onjoj's entry TBH. That one sounds like a smash in the making.

For what it’s worth, I’m not sure I would necessarily have picked out Seyetana if I’d gone in blind before the contest and listened to all 62 entries but I honestly don’t know if I could often pick out the winner that way.

It’s always the combination of seeing where the vocal hype is + its competition + whether it’s likely to crossover etc. That’s why I always wait until the final to gather my thoughts, I couldn’t do a full set of odds during the semis like Rich and Juranamo have done before.

Oh, I know my early odds are essentially meaningless and overly reliant on my own enjoyment of the songs, but sometimes she's a chaotic queen x

Though a good few of what I probably would have given 750/1 odds have fallen already so maybe I'll getting better at this 😶‍🌫️
