Knew it wasn't going to be over this week, hopefully in the next few weeks it will be. I don't even particularly dislike Rein Me In, I just want a bloody change!

Same.

New peaks and new entries outside the top 40:

#48 Ariana Grande - like i do (NEW)

#50 Kolter - Trapped (+10)

#61 STRAY KIDS - This & That (NEW)

#70 Kolter - Hey Everybody (Back In The Dance) (+5)

#81 Ella Langley - weren't for the wind (+6)

they released their new EP Wild today, and usually drop a music video for another song alongside the project (they did the same with last year's EP Beautiful Chaos dropping a video for Gameboy shortly after Gabriela... so I don't think this is like a proper single, unless it gets a lot of attention, and will likely still focus on Animal)

Just need someone called Bella to join them, so that we can have a trinity of women country musicians whose first names rhyme.

Shame Bella kay is indie pop 🤣

Thought I'd better give this Madonna track a listen, well I got a third of the way through. Not my cup of tea, Nevermind Ordinary back into the top twenty and Rescuer top 40 despite probably being his poorest effort so far Howay me bonnie lad

Oh wow, the disrespect on Lolly's name!! 😡

I began to doubt my own memory, so I looked it up. Lolly had just entered at #10 on Sunday 28th November 1999 with a double A-side of Big Boys Don't Cry/Rockin' Robin, but clearly the Pepsi Chart had acquired the version of the CD with only a karaoke version of Rockin' Robin
https://www.discogs.com/release/1893254-Lolly-Big-Boys-Dont-Cry-Rockin-Robin and that's what Dr Fox played. It turned out to be her last top ten too., as she released two more singles that got to #11 and #14 respectively then disappeared.

Guarantees the entire state will play it on repeat. I honestly think Choosin Texas is on top for so long in the US because Texas is huge and they love 'he's choosin' Texas I can tell'

They do it in pop songs too, like California Gurls and Empire State of Mind, which were both massive hits.

I've noticed that with both of her studio albums, the lead single tends to be a big #1 hit. Whereas, the other songs don't stick long.

Sorry I’m just catching up, escapism was actually the 3rd single!
