Good hold for Dolly, not down much streams. Hopefully she'll stay stable throughout the weekend at least!

Really hope Dolly or Sienna can be number one!

Alex Warren released his new album yesterday, and “Ordinary” is STILL the highest-charting one. 😣

Hopefully Dolly is holding up well for the new tracking week to help chance of #1! Should have the 28-29th chart tomorrow evening.

I don't think people really care about Alex Warren as an artist. He is as popular as his most recent single.

Pretty sure his tour was almost sold out every date in the UK and the tik tok live stream of his first Australian Date looked very fully full to me , peaked at 900k viewers watching too

Who are these people you talk about, am I not a person?

It reads to me like Sour Candy was talking about "people" in a general sense, not saying literally every single person thinks that way (correct me if I'm wrong @Sour Candy!)

He's that artist that people love his music but not the artist behind it. I could be wrong but I don't see anyone ever stanning him

There was that 1 poster on here who was fairly relentless/ fanatical when Ordinary was reigning supreme. Think it was liam.sota..? however he seems to be have been MIA for a while now.

However, I think there are a few Warrensphere members still knocking about 🤣

I mean obviously there are SOME fans, as Ordinary is/was a gigantic hit. But it's been over a year since and now it's the test who truly follow him besides just one or two tracks.

So I’m going to get guess Alex Warren’s new album won’t be that successful

7 out of 12 songs spotify top 200 on day 1 is actually 1 of the most successful of the year 😅

I say 12 as 1 is voicenotes before someone corrects me

Is it?

At the likely drop off, its unlikely he'll even get 3 tracks top 40 come the Friday chart. Not unless they get a fairly significant boost from somewhere.

Sure its reasonable, but hardly anything to rave about.

Yes actually it is only a handful of artists have had better day 1 this year, Harry Styles, Olivia rodrigo, Noah Kahan, Raye, ariana grande, there may be a couple of others im missing but not many

And where did I say it would guarantee 3 tracks top 40 🤔 I also never said it wouldnt drop either but facts are still facts not many albums have had more entries top 200 on spotify on day 1

I liked Ordinary when it was first released, but got very bored of it and change the channel if it comes on the radio now.

As a result, it kinda put me off him as an artist as well (though Fever Dream is a bop).

(I wonder if some people will feel the same way about Sam Fender?)

No denying that 7 songs in the Top 200 is a Day 1 achievement though.

I'm pretty certain he was being ironic.

Alex does actually seem to have a surprisingly strong fanbase for an adult contemporary commercial radio slop artist. Not sure where those fans are though. In the real world I guess. x (in fairness he was a social media personality before he was a musician, though I don't see what about his old content warranted a fanbase either)

That's good! if he was being serious, it would've been concerning
