Quite a few of the tracks above them are on ACR too

Last year it was revealed that Amazon Music have a 27% market share in UK streaming, which really surprises me as Amazon Music is awful and easily the least user friendly app.

It is very easy though to play music from Alexa with just one phrase and the default is Amazon Music unless you change the streaming provider yourself.

It could also be that streams are just so close atm 100k can mean the difference between top 5 and not even top 50 some days , so it looks like a song is performing a lot worse than it is

Yes. Early this month, the track received a boost from this TikTok post, while it received another one from this interpolation weeks later. There are more details in this article from Billboard. It's very US-oriented, but it gives much more insight how it exploded in that platform twice and I guess it's translated in a sort of way to the UK.
