Maybe you like Australia’s chart rules, whereby if an older song (one that hasn't charting in the Top 100 for at least 10 years) goes majorly viral or lands a huge sync placement in a movie or TV show, a record label can request to have it reinstated on the Main Charts. If approved, it is allowed to stay on the main chart for a maximum of 10 weeks.

As it stands, if a song avoids ACR it is safe for a further three weeks, which was what RMI managed a number of times.
