The Taylor thing is really ridiculous. She may as well just have sent out 10k physicals a week for four weeks and have a nice extra extended con, I mean, run at the top.

If she shipped all the physicals in the same week and actually shipped them the week they were advertised to be shipping on I definitely wouldn't be as frustrated.

Taylor ratf***ing across multiple weeks would tend to do that yes xx

I think she will release more physicals. Not all of them were dispatched last week.

Can't see Taylor at #1 by the end of the week, I think Jamie might be #1 tomorrow, if sales are close.

Taylor will deploy the rest of the physicals she sold

    Official Charts Report

Chase & Status set their sights on a 14th Top 40 and this week's highest new entry with Carnage featuring Little Simz (28).

The legendary drum & bass duo released their seventh studio album Generic Everything on Friday, with members Saul and Will recruiting some of the UK's greatest assets to contribute to the project.

Another new entry could come from British rap royalty Digga on Girls All Around The World (39).

Elsewhere, Patient Zero from Taylor Swift eyes a third consecutive week at Number 1, as Jamie Miller's Babydoll (2) and Ashe's Stop The Wedding (3) complete the current Top 3. Could we see any movement between these tracks towards the end of the chart week?

Good Girl from Cloonee, Prospa and Tristan Henry aims to elevate into the Top 20 for the very first time, forecast to move nine spots (16).

Two tunes that could also shoot their way up the standings to reach new peaks include Kolter's Hey Everybody (Back In The Dance) (20) and Mi Chico from DJ Goja, Jason Derulo and Melody (26).

We are looking at Babydoll being number one in two weeks time. I can’t help but see it being number one until Christmas unless it and Ashe go back and forth. Hopefully something comes through in November and December to lay the foundation for something else in the new year

That Digga track I can't see it been in the top 40 tomorrow, it be long gone. lol make the most of it... now

Jamie is doing the rounds later this week - Radio 1, Capital, Radio 2 etc., so should be a cert for #1 next week after Taylor drops the last of her CDs this week.

    1993 reggae nostalgia

Would love if Ashe could get to #1 eventually, I've got a feeling it'll be Stop The Wedding vs Babydoll for a little bit after Taylor settles

ADÉLA is always lower in the first looks, so for her to be stable with both of her tracks is insanely promising! It’s possible we might see Ain't In LA be this week’s only acr dodger if it can keep up the momentum. Nicole Kidman should also be pushing for top 5 again soon.

I hope Jamie or Ashe can deny Taylor a third week at the top. I wouldn’t mind if Sienna was the one to deny Taylor a third week

Heads up, I'll be home a little after the OCC album article later so apologies in advance for the delay in posting the first part of the update!

edit: home earlier than anticipated so business as usual x
