  • The Taylor thing is really ridiculous. She may as well just have sent out 10k physicals a week for four weeks and have a nice extra extended con, I mean, run at the top.

  • If she shipped all the physicals in the same week and actually shipped them the week they were advertised to be shipping on I definitely wouldn't be as frustrated.

  • Taylor ratf***ing across multiple weeks would tend to do that yes xx

Sabrina released the anniversary vinyls for that boost ?

Yes - 2 year limited edition vinyl

Was not expecting to see Jamie T at #1 in the first update - would love to see him grab another #1 album; lead single "3310" is one of my tracks of the year!

Troye in the T5 at this stage is a pleasant surprise too - was fully expecting a Sam Smith/Jorja Smith/Ellie Goulding-esque underperformance just given how muted response to the singles seems to have been (compared to previous album).

25 Dylan John Thomas - Nothing Here Worth Taking

Ah was hoping this would peak higher than his debut which started out in the mids at #8 and entered at #21, this one looks like it might miss the Top 40 drama

Thoroughly enjoying Greta Van Fleet, but not for the masses

Full update is in!

Probably mostly physicals but the downloads of the acoustic and piano versions have also contributed a few sales to Patient zeros total

I suspected Pet Shop Boys wouldn’t perform as well as previous albums (concept album, don’t think it had that long on pre-order) but, with those sales, it looks like they will go from their highest peaking album in 30 years to missing the Top 10!

The fact that "Patient Zero" already has 37k in chart sales (which most of them are from the physicals) proves once again that some of them were shipped and, by default, counted earlier just to keep the track at the top. Not surprised at all.

I’m quite relieved to see such a big figure for Patient Zero as I’m assuming it means they’ve decided to ship all the CD’s this week (and we won’t have random drops of CDs for the next 2/3 weeks…)

she might not have shipped any vinyls yet - she's only shipping those this week in the US after shipping her CDs last week...

I wouldn’t count it as one of their regular albums anyway tbf, it’s more of a side project.

Vinyls sold out in 2 minutes id be suprised if theirs a significant amount of those

Come on Jamie T, get another #1! Still gutted Vera Lynn denied Kings & Queens in 2009!

I guess, she's still apparently on track for ~110k sales this week between them and single downloads in the US though so there must've be a fair few of them!

Oh yeah I was meaning in the UK but yeah if over 40k cds have shipped here in total 200k physicals over 2 weeks in america is probably easily done 🩵

Hopefully means that this is all of Taylor's physicals and the number one is open to others next week!
