I was thinking potentially I, Trance for Agnes, but not sure that would have done much more than what HCTN did either tbh. Same for 'Glassheart'. I actually think Leona was DOA as soon as Iz was assigned to the females! Not sure her music really appeals to him (I could be wrong though ofc!) honestly, I think I would have personally chanced 'I See You' from Avatar or her Hans Zimmer collab tbh - something grand/from the movies. Tbf Iz did say that Adele was in real danger of going for that reason but the song choice sent did save her as he ended up quite liking it so I guess the right Leona / Agnes songs could have had the same result for them. Have a read of their thinking a few pages back, it's really interesting actually, you can see all the thought that went into it.

I'm gutted for Leona, she deserved more in her career and more in Pop Factor! 💔

I could imagine Iz saving 'I Trance' maybe. Think that is my favourite Agnes song besides the obvious!

(I didn't vote for 'Here Comes The Night' in PFSC so maybe there's a reason I don't remember it oop, will see if it clicks with me more when I listen to these songs x)

I don’t know Agnes’ music really as well as I’d like, I shall have to check out all of these suggestions as definitely her earlier songs were very impressive.

With Jonjo’s question, I suppose Leona was in quite a bit of danger with me (I think her best is Better In Time and possibly any dramatic film stuff she’s done I don’t know about) but yeah so were Zara, Adele and SEB from the start.

I've had a listen to everything too... tbf I thought every round was really strong. Based on song choices alone this is how I would likely have judged were I one...

Females

3. Marina (actually really shocked me to rank her so high as I haven't really been blown away by her so far)

I feel really gutted for Leona but she would have been my last place vote. Adele would also have likely left compared to the above choices with Agnes scraping through, would have felt very wrong sending her home though. All the songs are really strong tbf, the Leona one is lovely but the only slight weak link for me.

1. Sam Smith (this is probably my ultimate fave Sam song!)

3. Gary (brilliant, loved this - and he would have been my danger act too so a fab choice)

The HRVY one did nothing for me personally, and the Damien one neither tbh. The top 6 I really enjoyed and I loved the top 4 so I would have made the same choices.

Again I liked all the songs in this category tbf and I thought this was possibly the strongest of all the categories and really none deserved to go. Sade and Iamamiwhoami would have suffered though sadly, although I will say I think that was Iamamiwhoami's best submission so far.
