Rina Sawayama - TBA
Thought it was a good time to start a thread for this. Rina recently spoke about her next album in a Vogue Japan interview being "her darkest and most emotionally charged project yet" The Express TribuneRina Sawayama’s next album reflects global chaos: “It’s d...Rina Sawayama reveals her upcoming album explores darker, angrier themes inspired by global politics and unrest I hope that Rina speaking about it means we'll start to get more details in the coming months and maybe even get the album in 2026? Really looking forward to her next album!

Poppy, Amy Lee & Courtney LaPlante - End of You
Agreed! Love how their voices work with each other and Amy sounds SO good. Definitley one of my favourite songs of the year. I love the contrast of Amy's haunting vocals with Poppy's vocals. Happy to see the song managed to chart!

Poppy - Empty Hands
Interested to check this out! I've recently started getting into Poppy and really like a number of songs from her previous album. "Unravel" is good and I like "Bruised Sky" as well!

Hilary Duff - Mature
This is getting stuck in my head... Wasn't sure on it at first but it is definitely a grower!

Friday Chart Predictions
I'm hoping with "WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!" becoming a big hit worldwide (reaching new peaks in various charts etc) that it will help indirectly boost the song here to give it a longer chart life. Hoping we may see it get to #1 at some point (come on RAYE release some physicals in the new year!). Happy to see Katy's "bandaids" at #48 - hopefully it'll hold on to a top 100 placing come Friday!

Streaming Services Chart Discussion; W/C 07/11/25
Nice to see Katy's "bandaids" debuting in the top 200. Hope it can chart in the top 100 come Friday although that might be asking for too much!

PinkPantheress - Fancy That
Yes and "Illegal" also got nominated! I think both have decent chances - hopefully she'll take home at least 1!
-
Miley Cyrus - Something Beautiful
Nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album at the Grammys! Not sure it has much of a chance of winning but would love to see it win!
-
FLO - Access All Areas
I hope they win! Their album is so good.
-
RAYE - WHERE IS MY HUSBAND!
New peak of #8 on global spotify and was #25 on US and down to #26 today.

Demi Lovato - It's Not That Deep
Recently got round to listening and.... it's pretty good! Lots of nice songs. My main gripe is with "Frequency" - part of the chorus is DIVINE! I found somebody who can match my frequency You can't deny all this electric energy Under the lights, we synchronize, just you and I But then it gets ruined. The build up sounds so good and I was expecting something really anthemic and the bridge almost brings it there with Demi singing it twice in a row with the 2nd time having her belting it out in harmony.

JADE - THAT'S SHOWBIZ BABY! • 1st Album
Been loving "Lip Service" recently. I hope JADE releases a deluxe version - perhaps time it around the BRITS? Debut the lead single for the deluxe there? But before then push one more song with a music video/to radio.
-
bandaids
This is really nice! A small-moderate sized hit perhaps.

bandaids
It's 7pm ET / 4pm PT which is midnight in the UK! Looking forward to hearing this with the people involved. Also big budget final destination video? I hope it's not overly goofy in the Katy way.

2025 singles year to date estimates
Billie's "BIRDS OF A FEATHER" still on track for 1 million? I think it might be close given its current sales (~10-12k/week currently I think) and only 8 weeks? left for the rest of the year. I expect the Christmas takeover may dampen its sales as well.
