Conan Gray: The Pyjama Party Singles Rate RESULTS
12 Memories Average score: 8.9 Highest scorer: 09.5 (Calum, JosephBoone) Lowest scorer: 08.0 (Josh!) 11 Killing Me Average score: 8.9 Highest scorer: 10.0 (HarryGarfield) Lowest scorer: 08.0 (Josh!) Now for the final two results before we hit the top 10 and we lose one single from Superache as well as the last remaining single from Found Heaven. Memories is such a beautiful song, and in a way encapsulates everything about the Superache era so perfectly all on its own. And funnily enough, this song gives me another reason to dislike Olivia Rodrigo because apparently the first time Conan played this for her - one of his best friends - she turned around and told him 'I just think you've got better songs'. Thank god she had no input on shaping the final track list. Memories tells a story of someone turning up again out of the blue when you've moved them to the back of your mind and they've become a memory and in that moment you just can't escape it. I've said it a lot in these commentaries (but it speaks volumes about how in-sync with his own and other generations Conan is when describing love, loss, heartbreak and all of the turbulence in between) but this is something I'm sure a lot of us can relate to. The lack of visuals for all of the singles in the Found Heaven era is certainly interesting given aesthetically it's likely his boldest and most striking era, so unfortunately we don't have a music video for Killing Me. However, the music does all of the talking in this case and it breaks away a little from the more typical storytelling. This song supposedly came about after Conan kissed a then-partner who gave him the flu that resulted in an infection, and Conan then had to undergo surgery to have his tonsils removed after six months of being ill. The relationship did end (shock!). It's interesting the kind of situations that can plant these little seeds of gold in Conan's head that end up becoming singles like this. Long may it continue, because having had time to digest Wishbone now too it seems Conan is on such a creative high round the clock, as he has been since he started out with Sunset Season.

Conan Gray: The Pyjama Party Singles Rate RESULTS
14 Never Ending Song Average score: 8.7 Highest scorer: 10.0 (JosephBoone) Lowest scorer: 07.5 (Calum) 13 Alley Rose Average score: 8.8 Highest scorer: 10.0 (Calum) Lowest scorer: 08.0 (Josh!, JosephBoone) The snowball continues for Found Heaven as we lose two singles from the album in one go here; Never Ending Song and Alley Rose. It's quite interesting that all of the singles from that era have ended up mid-table (no spoilers where Killing Me finishes here though!) when they certainly have elements of grandiose about them compared to other singles in his discography. That said, first up is Never Ending Song, the lead single from Found Heaven and our first taste of what was to come from this bold, new era. Conan describes this song as a story about a relationship that just goes on and on, painfully and tumultuously, no matter how many times you try to end it or move on as well as the feeling of maybe secretly not actually wanting it to end and being drawn back in no matter how bad things may be. One thing I always find interesting is a quote from Conan where he says that he likes to disguise his sadness inside upbeat music, and it's true that all of his more up-beat songs tend to carry some of the deepest and darkest messages lyrically. One thing I was thinking to myself going back and looking at the visuals for the Found Heaven era (particularly the music videos) is that none of them would seem out of place being used as the soundtrack to a season of Stranger Things, or inserting Conan into that world for the music videos and drawing parallels. But anyway, Alley Rose... initially when Found Heaven was released I found myself a bit indifferent to it; another ballad (albeit great) more in line with Kid Krow and Superache. But as time's passed this has slowly become one of my favourite songs by Conan, and probably among the top offerings on Found Heaven. It's Conan's favourite from the album too, and was the final song to be written for Found Heaven. The song was originally called Abbey Road too - from visiting London - but was changed to Alley Rose alluding to his first kiss being in an alley. It was after visiting London that he was dumped over text by his partner at the time while on the plane back home. Conan really can't catch a break, but when he pours his anger, frustration, whole heart and soul into lyrics like this and makes a song like Alley Rose it turns into something magnificent that he can share with the world.

Charts at #31 in the UK! Honestly there's not a single skip on this album, been listening to it on repeat most of the week. Of the new tracks we hadn't already heard, me myself and i, favourite mistake, cigarette and dear drew are my favourites but it's such a perfect debut album!- RPDR | UK | Season 7
That was definitely the strongest episode date, and sad to lose Sally because her runways truly are incredible. She was always going to fumble this challenge though. Glad Bones got to show a different side to herself, and can't really disagree with the joint win for Paige and Elle, even if I still can't really warm to either of them 100%. Elle's runway I think probably could have clinched it as a solo win given the continual same-y vibes from Paige.- RPDR | UK | Season 7 | Queen Rankings

16 Heather Average score: 8.5 Highest scorer: 09.0 (Josh!, HarryGarfield, JosephBoone) Lowest scorer: 07.0 (Calum) 15 Winner Average score: 8.6 Highest scorer: 09.5 (HarryGarfield) Lowest scorer: 07.5 (Josh!) Given there's a lot of meat to the bones of Kid Krow it's hardly surprising its singles take up a chunk of the results, I'm just surprised that some of them are falling out as soon as this. Heather's one I would've predicted to be a fair bit higher (but then again of the five voters I dragged its average down). Another single that benefitted from popularity on TikTok, it was the sixth and final single to be released from the debut album and it's another where Conan is truly at his most vulnerable because it's one where it unravels your innermost thoughts. Conan's also said that Heather was almost not included on the album out of fear that nobody would or could relate to the lyrics. Admitting that you hate someone so much - no matter how lovely and kind a person they may be - because the person they're with is in love with them and not you is bold, and it's certainly something Conan conveyed so beautifully at an early point in his career. And now the snowball continues for Found Heaven's singles as Winner is next, continuing with the really stark switch-up in sound for this era. It's completely different to Lonely Dancers but the eclectic sounds of the Found Heaven era do come together and make a wonderfully cohesive body of work. The second single from the album, Winner feels like a standalone moment where Conan's vocals really shine above everything else, and there are even comparisons among the fanbase to Family Line. What this song does really well (and with some of the visuals presented too, despite no official music video) is encapsulate the feeling of freedom and light at the end of the tunnel after realising you've been hurt by somebody; managing to move on from that hurt and pain and finding your path forward.- Round 8: Year End Survivor #129
The Ones!- Conan Gray: The Pyjama Party Singles Rate RESULTS
18 The Cut That Always Bleeds Average score: 8.3 Highest scorer: 09.0 (-Jay-, Calum) Lowest scorer: 07.0 (Josh!) 17 Lonely Dancers Average score: 8.4 Highest scorer: 09.5 (-Jay-) Lowest scorer: 07.0 (Josh!) A song that became a viral hit for Conan through the medium of TikTok drops out next, from Kid Krow it's The Cut That Always Bleeds. I think anybody that's been in a revolving door kind of situationship with someone can probably relate to this song on some level. Conan talks about trying to get over somebody that's played you and messed you up leaving scars and open wounds all over before just dropping you walking back into your life time and time again. Just as you think you're about to get over the person, here they come again and you're in a loop. Trapped and under their spell. Having not initially had its moment when Kid Krow was released, it's good that through TikTok these 'moments' can be created and we see a resurgence and retrospective appreciation, even if it's a shame not to see it at the time. Which leads nicely onto... The first single from Found Heaven dropping out of the race. When I talk about retrospective appreciation, I get the feeling this is something a lot of people will start to feel for the Found Heaven era years down the line because at present it feels it's the one era that's looked at like a black mark by Conan's fanbase. However, Lonely Dancers is an incredible song (on an album full of incredible songs that pinpoints such a welcome change in direction and style for Conan). What Found Heaven does so well is - while still having his trademark heartbreak style intertwined throughout - is fully embrace the more joyful, up-tempo vibes and encapsulating a foregone era of music. Lonely Dancers does just that, and while the subject matter still tackles Conan being ghosted in the early stages of dating, he brings it to life in the most brilliant way.- The BuzzJack TV Watchalong: November 2025
Thanks for the suggestions Joseph! I can do pretty much any night myself (or daytime at weekends) so if anyone else has any thoughts we can hopefully get things moving ~ And what do you mean? That season 2 episode was gonna be my first suggestion- The Celebrity Traitors UK • Series 1
Been rooting for Cat all series and I'm really hoping she and Alan can shift the narrative and sway David to voting Joe or Nick out first next week so then they're guaranteed the win. That said, I just don't see it happening and think it'll be a faithful win. - Pop Track of the Week 2025: Week 44
