No - I saw a lot of fans rushed to order from the US etc., before they became available on the UK store so they won’t count toward the UK charts.

In your opinion - you seem to think you speak on behalf of everyone or present facts.

You’re making it sound like Gary Glitter, Rolf Harris or Jimmy Savile broke the record? And wether people ‘disagree’ with it or not it’s kind of pointless - it will forever feature on the official lists of most weeks at #1 and even if it’s overtaken it’ll still be way up there.

One single live performance potentially not making a song that’s been out for over a year and sold half a million in the USA already reaching a new peak does not indicate it’s ’not clicking with American audiences’.

It worked for Padam when people held back on downloads. Anyway, each to their own - I’ll download when I feel by sales will help the most.
