Posted March 31, 201411 yr A release date has been announced for Pitch Perfect 2! Anna, Brittany and Rebel will all be reprising their roles with Drake also potentially being signed up to play a love interest of Fat Amy. Elizabeth Banks (producer of the original and played Gail, ICCA commentator) will direct and Kay Cannon who wrote the original will return as writer. This is all the information we have so far but I am so excited for this sequel, it's untrue.

April 1, 201411 yr The first one is such a funny film. I'm gutted I wrote it off before even giving it a chance in the cinema. One thing's for sure though, definitely watching this one at the cinema. So glad most the original people are back too! Will Skylar be back? Also LOL at Drake being rumoured as Fat Amy's love interest :lol:

I can't wait that I've been waiting for this film for SO long and it's now almost out! According to the Pop forum, Jessie J has recorded a song for this (?!) - other than that, there's been no news on the soundtrack other than what's heard in the trailers, although Brittany Snow has said in an interview that she performs an improvised version of "Torn" (Natalie Imbruglia version).
