Great to see Kylie back in the top 40, i hope she stays there or higher, and im pleasantly surprised to see Bon Jovi still holding number 2 in the albums, i think there last 3 albums dropped out of the top 10 on their 2nd week.

Big gap between McFly and Rihanna but hardly a gap at all between Take That and Rihanna. I can see her definitely catching up and getting back to the top spot.

I didn't expect that McFly has so big advantage over Shayne.

McFly's new single definitely not just a fanbase buy then. They always did sell about 20-22k on their first day out, and then 8k for the remainder of the week :lol: Shine A Light should sell at least 40-45k, even if it does drop off dramatically.

Party Girl sold 40,000 first week and is still inside the top 200

Really disapointed with Nadine's album position, i had hoped the album would do reasonably well but sadly it looks like it will be lucky to make the top 40 on sunday.

so with rihanna selling 30,000 in the first mids, does that mean shes looking at 70-80k this week.. no 100k again :(

Hope rihanna *gets back up to #1, even though i like 'The Flood' as well. :)

Susan not the high sales of the last, but come on its unrealistic to even think they can be that high, most second albums are lower, and at least its still high lower, doing well.

Also think P!nk will get top 10 if the gap isnt too big as she should be top 10 on itunes soon and get the 'top 10 boost'.

Yeah, I can't imagine her selling over 100,000 again. But even so, she's done incredibly! I mean, not 1, but 2 weeks of sales higher than California Gurls!?!? :o That's so incredible!

It's more commercial and accessible I guess, that's why 'Rude Boy' was the major smash of the last album.

Her darker / hip-hop / 'native' side is what makes her stand out from the numberous pop stars imo. Only girl could have been a song of Britney/ Kylie/ Beyonce Aguilera or even Alexandra Burke etc. I guess her light side is more mainstream... despite being much less original.

I liked the dark side, but i also like the happier more fun side. Such a fantastic artist who can do both so well. She is so original whatever she is doing as you always know a rihanna song when it is on the radio or tv, she has that unique sound and image. Only Girl is arguably her best song but my other favourites are Russian Roulette + Dont Stop the Music + Unfaithful. Her voice can do both so well, so why not show both sides? I think its great she mixes it up, i guess like beyonce does. :)

i prefer the darker side Rated R is way better than LOUD.

but either way i love her!
