Really hoping Britney's album won't fall much before the weekend - hoping it debuts in the top 5!

It's a bit of a shame to see that Katy B's best single (by far!) is going to be her lowest-charting. :(

Britney's still No 4, adele "19" back at No 2 now!

Ronan now at 5- the mother's day effect has started to take effect!

Yes! I believe Britney will definitely be top 5 now come Sunday (watch it be completely wrong now! LOL) Although, the weekend sales for Mother's day is always higher than people predict, so maybe I will be wrong! :(
I think she might fall out the top 5 by Sunday... BUT. At least it's not as bad as In The Zone's peak of #13!

Albums update in, I reckon Britney will definitely drop out the top 5 by Sunday - Ronan, The Overtones and Mary Bryne will almost certainly all overtake her.

I think she'll end up at #7.

I remember In the Zone entering at 14 and falling to 37 and thinking oh dear.. but it still went platinum and did alright, I reckon FF will do similar, a few great potential singles on it.
So this week Adele's "19" will be number 2 on the YTD chart I guess. Great.

J Lo added another 7,300+ copies to her sales yesterday, apparently.

Not sure how true that is, considering the big sales she had the previous day.

yea would be very surprising given her lead on i-tunes!

It's wrong, given her lead on iTunes and her sales in the early part fo the week.

EDIT: Although the "+" does actually make it valid; but only on the extreme way of looking at it.

That's got to be some wild sales guess by someone  I'm taken that with a bunsen burner to the oven, with opening sales of 65k, yeah sure 7k, and my name is Shirley.

I'd expect her sales today to be around the 15k level, on the basis of a rough estimate of her sales distribution for the week:-

Sun	40k

Mon 25k

Tue 20k

Wed 15k

Thu 15k

Fri 20k

Sat 25k

Total 160k

Mind you, it could be right if iTunes sales are missing.

Hmm yeah maybe. Nothing much moved in today's update, so that could well be the case.

As a slight diversion, I'd like to build on that by wishing a very happy 200th birthday to Mr Thomas Bunsen of burner fame :D

Not really suprised Britney isnt doing that well. She doesnt even promote herself in the UK.
Ooh I like your signature Dannyboy. To remain on topic, I think that Britney will manage to hold on to top 5 for Sunday actually.
I think the J-Lo track is so generic cant believe its doing so well  its like a mash-up between stereo love/lambada, no originality <_< .
