May 29, 201114 yr Chorus and Notorious are half-rhymes! There are tonnes of different ways in which words can rhyme, not all are "perfect rhymes" (blue/true). This. And the best lyricists in music bend words to make them rhyme. Like in E.T. Kanye rhymes "ass a lot" with "astronaut", for example.

'The Lazy Song' on the other hand is undoubtedly the worst #1 of the year, I could at least see the appeal of his previous two. :( I agree 100%. AFAIC if antidisestablishmentarianism/forum is a half rhyme then so is chorus/notorious.

I hand it to him that 'Grenade' is a well written song though, he may as well have farted out 'The Lazy Song'.
