Yeah, I think Umbrella did so well because it was played so well on the radio. I certainly preferred it to Beat Again at the time.

They also performed it on the X Factor when they were contestants; I think that also was partly (if not almost wholly) why it did so well.

The Wanted still only at 0.66. I told you guys JLS wouldn't plummet :P

 

Ed Sheeran combined is 0.566395, DJ Fresh combined is 0.536155 - Ed has a nice 3% lead. DJ Fresh is probably still ahead or very close with his other versions combined at the moment but I have some hope Ed might overtake Fresh next week (although he'll probably still be #4 behind Cher, JLS and The Wanted)

 

Ed's EP is still #21 on iTunes Albums while DJ Fresh is down to #28. :D (Both are holding up extremely well for single EPs though, most of them are out of the top 100 within a couple of weeks but they're still top 30 towards the end of their 7th and 4th weeks respectively :o)

I don't mind him but I hate how he's classified as dance still, when Little Bad Girl is just like something Taio Cruz or Enrique Iglesias would throw out and it would be called electro-pop or R&B.

The Saturdays really falling now, down to 56!

Yeah Pixie's had 2 weeks compare to the Saturdays. Leona's not really getting much supported! She also had a week ahead of The Saturdays!

The site isn't very accurate. It's good as a respresentation of what radio stations play songs the most, but there's so many mistakes with things. And sometimes I hear a song get played on a station, then a few days later I check how many times it gets played, and it says 0. Plus, loads of songs don't even have a page on the wesbite, and most popular songs have multiple pages, which results in sometimes the number of plays a song gets getting split up between the different pages.

 

It's good to know generally what gets played on a radio station the most (when I look at the lists for Radio 1, Heart, Capital, etc, it does reflect what I seem to hear on the stations), but for specific things like number of plays, I wouldn't rely on it. Like it says Capital has only played Ed Sheeran's next song about 5 times, yet I'm sure I've heard it more than 5 times on there, and I only listen to the station like an hour per day! :lol:

 

As for Leona, Pixie and The Saturdays, I've heard:

 

Leona zero times! :o I haven't heard her song anywhere yet.

Pixie Lott once. I heard it on Capital earlier this week at lunch time.

The Saturdays twice. I heard it on Capital at lunch earlier this week aswell, and I head it about half an hour ago on Radio 1, Floorfillers. :D

I've heard Pixie and The Sats once each and Leona zero times.
