Ed Sheeran ahead of DJ Fresh :D I hope DJ Fresh can stay #5 just to complete the all-British top 5 but I wouldn't mind if Guetta got there instead because LBG is a better song.

Where exactly are Foster The People in both charts today? Hopefully both the single and album could re-peak :o

Great to see Benny and Tinie top 30, Someone Like You climbing again () and Swede Mason top 40 :D Also good to see Vato Gonzalez re-climbing a bit.

On the albums front, good climbs for Chase & Status, Mumford & Sons, Tinie Tempah, Plan B, Example, Hurts and The Vaccines :D A bit random that Pitbull is suddenly top 30 again though?

Second hit single, nothing random. Even Nicole Scherzinger of all people has managed to get some longevity on albums chart.

Oh good luck to her. There've been worse number ones lately (Willow Smith - I'm looking at you).

When I listen to Swagger Jagger though - I just cannot get this out of my head:

Willow wasn't a #1.

She only got to number 2... the BEPs beat Willow in the end to give one of the worst top 2

Willow wasn't a #1.

Apologies - I avoided the chart a while whilst that sh/te was out - my mistake!

Even so - #2 was about 98 too places to high for that load of rubbish!

I hope Cher actually holds on to two weeks at number one. Prover all her 'haterz' wrong!

Quite shocked to see Winehouse atop the albums chart - when she only sold 2k more than Adele last week - saying that, I'd much rather have Winehouse top the chart. Frank at #3 though is just incredible - for an album that peaked at #13 upon release and re-peaked at #5 last week; for it to re-peak AGAIN is great news.

Singles wise, great to see Cher leading the chart - with Minaj, Guetta, Rizzle Kicks and Tempah all doing well. Foster the People are finally looking to re-peak with [PUK] and their album is not only back T40, but T30! Likewise, Minaj is set to re-peak AGAIN (it stands at #31).

Eminem + Christina Perri = great news too, now we just have to wait for 'Otis' to pop up.

The Masterchef Song is top 40!

YES! :D

I think it's great but it only works with the video. If it stands a chance of being in the top 40 come Sunday I may buy it.

It only had enough physical stock right at the end of last week, its sales will probably increase a lot this week I think.

So overhyped "indie" Britpop revitalists (!) Viva Brother have made the top 15 on the first flashes. It'll fall out of the top 30 by Sunday, and they'll be dropped by Monday.
YES! :D

Greg James is behind it as well now it should do it I think

Great to see Cher #1. As controversial as she is, her haters can't exactly subtract sales from it, so there's nothing they can do really. Although she'll probably sell less than I expected. Since she's so frontloaded, I can see her selling 60,000 this week.

And Whip My Hair wasn't that bad either. It just seemed bad in comparison to The Time.

Whip My Hair sounds bad in comparison to the sound of bowel movements.

I love Whip My Hair, The Time and Swagger Jagger. Yes, I'm in the minority I know!
