I don't think Joe will do that badly. He has had massive Radio 1 promotion, and I think Dev should at least go top 40. I will put my neck on the line and guess positions:

I think the top 2 will be Christina Perri and Nero. Wretch 32 and Emeli Sande will probably get stuck underneath them. Lunar will do nowhere near aswell as Titanium as it's an instrumental and isn't particularly commericial, but I think the names might get it just top 40. I just can't see Joe Jonas doing that well! If it wasn't for Radio 1 playlisting it, it would flop, but not everything Radio 1 supports does well, and I can't imagine much of the general public liking it. I think it will fall out of the top 40 after 1 week.

Yeah, I hear it a couple of times a day normally.

 

It's not as good as Bass Down Low imo, but it's still very good. It's like a less annoying version of Mr. Saxobeat.

I've seen 'In The Dark' on music channels quite a bit too - I'd probably say Top 15 there.

I think Joe could possibly 'do a Selena' and actually get a pretty decent sized top 10 hit - but I'm still sticking with my initial prediction of low top 20 but with a decent chart run.

I'm surprised how well JLS have held up. But even I have been swayed in their favour with this single. It's rather infectious and catchy

 

So is swine flu... :P

Am I missing something? Why is everyone so sure Wretch 32 will be no.1? The song is a complete bore. Emeli Sande or Maroon 5 would both be a lot better. At least Wretch's songs never hang around.

I'm a bit late to the party here, but I never expected Nero to get near number 1 with Promises so seeing it there is a very nice surprise :wub: :o that will be a fantastic number 1!

 

I always thought Cher Lloyd would be very front-loaded, so I'm not entirely surprised to see it falling quite quickly

 

about tomorrows releases, Wretch could go to number 1 as I can't see Nero hanging on and there's not much else out, I wouldn't be surprised if Maroon 5 and Christina get a big hit though, not one of the things I thought would happen at the beginning of 2011! :o :lol:

It was 59p so it shot up, plus Heart are HAMMERING it so it's kept it up, even though it's back up to 99p now.

'Sunlight' is just so repeatitive and would annoy me so much if it became a big hit, I want a #1 with good lyrics and a good melody, instead of just how many 'wub wub wub's' they can fit in the instrumental and repeating one line over and over again with so little melody or meaning to the music. Saying that I do rather like 'Promises' at #1 atm.
