September 4, 201115 yr It's getting promoted as a single now. It's previous chart run was just it charting as an album track (and airplay from Capital). I like Lighters, but it sounds so out of place on the album! :lol: Oh, that's good. I just bought it. I always thought it was the single back then, as Kiss was ramming it down everyone's throats as well. Hopefully it'll go higher next week.

The quality thing is surely subjective - personally I think 'Rain Over Me' is better than the vast majority of the other generic rap-dance-club hits of the last couple of years.
