Blue Monday was 59p before as well, just saying :P I wonder if this means Kasabian can have a half decent chart run with they're new single :o reducing to 59p is a pretty good strategy, particularly to songs that hang around the top 20 for ages - it should be done more to recent releases like this (but please NOT Someone Like You :lol: :drama: )

Iris' top version is still increasing - Maroon 5 have dropped from about 85% earlier to about 82% now. :o Hopefully they can keep up the lead for the rest of the week but I'm sure they'll start to slip before long.

Unless its reverted, then it looks like Maroon 5 is gaining on Iris. This morning M5 was on 0.82 on pop bars, now its 0.88 so I'd say the X factor has been and gone. Of course my eyes may be playing tricks on me

I wish 'Breakeven' would break into the top 10 and re-peak! :( But maybe it's TOO recent to have any proper sort of effect. I think it's the modern day 'Iris' and will eventually get a new peak in maybe 5 or so years time?

 

 

Hope so Jonjo, i never thought Iris would ever be #1 on iTunes so theres hope for Breakeven in the future :heehee:

I'd love Iris to be #1 officially, doubt it'll happen as surely it'll start dropping soon, but for it to get #1, and actually still be #1 today is impressive enough as it is :D
