How does Adele do it?!! Who is still buying this? Amazing! Glad Joe is back Top 40!

Hope Kelly Clarkson hangs onto Top 5.

I think there must be missing data on the singles update, everything looks exactly the same as yesterday. Surely Princess Of China must have climbed at least one place?

There are a few changes from yesterday.

Ugh bloody BRUNO MARS of all people overtake Kelly? <_<
I wonder how long will it be until Buble will dominate the charts... (having listened to the album I am suprised by how much xmas suits him, it is definitely one of the best Christmas albums of all time :o )
rrr now I dont think Kelly will get top 5 :/ They REALLY need to get the way better 2nd single out soon!
Minimal chance to get Lana Del Rey with Video Games in TOP10? :)

Oh, I didn't see Bruno overtaking Kelly :o Ouch, I hope she stays top 5. This era may still turn out to be her 'The Element Of Freedom' though.

Heh, funny that it's Bruno overtaking Kelly. That's what you get for copying Just The Way You Are :kink:

Professor Green breaks through 100,000 sales

Professor Green’s single Read All About It is shaping up to have one of the biggest first-week sales of the year after already selling more than 100,000 copies this week.

The Virgin-issued single, which features Emeli Sande, had sold 104,815 copies by the end of business on Thursday, according to the Official Charts Company, putting it more than 25,000 sales ahead of its closest challenger, Syco signing Labrinth’s Earthquake featuring Tinie Tempah.

On albums Parlophone act Coldplay’s Xylo Myloto has now surpassed 150,000 sales in its opening week, reaching 158,703 by the close of play on Thursday.

Among the week’s fastest-growing albums is Dramatico act Caro Emerlad’s Deleted Scenes From The Cutting Room Floor whose sales have grown by 270% on the week after she performed on BBC One’s Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend.

Isn't that a bit like the loveliest pile of shit of all time?

So Pro Green sold 67k in the first two days but only 37-38k in the three days since? And Labrinth has sold a max of 26-27k in 3 days after selling 53k in his first two? I still think there must be missing data here.

Coldplay should still reach 200k. They've sold around 36.2k on Wednesday and Thursday, so an average of 18.1k per day - they don't need an average much higher on Friday and Saturday to reach 200k (20.6k) and sales increase at the end of the week anyway. They probably won't pass Born This Way but they could come close. I obviously retract my comment that 250k could still be on the cards, it's not gonna sell nearly 100k in the last two days.

Although its actual total for today may be higher than 158k anyway if I'm right about there being missing data.
