Marcus is my fave to win now actually (Kitty would in an ideal world, but it will never happen)

I used to think this, but then he IS pretty much the only likeable one left (along with Craig) who hasn't mis-stepped yet. I think he's being underpredicted by a lot of people...

He could possibly make the final 3 but I cannot see him winning at all.

Gary at start of X Factor: At this point we're looking for a winner.

Gary is showing poor judgement, lying to make Frankie look good and having to defend him, he was in a foul mood tonight is it his time of the month.

Louis is a tool but here was no need for Gary to belittle him like that. Gary told Frankie that he needed to be more serious and Kitty that she was Cabaret-is this not what Alexandra said last week and he disagreed-OK.com

The show was so poor tonight, I am watching Merlin next week. Even Kelly was annoying and needs to stop using slang all the time.

Johnny, Janet,The Risk, Kitty and Frankie of course were dire. I like Macus but he is not 60 he could win with better songs.

Misha was not good tonight she needed to sing a club classic but Proud Mary was not for her-still vote for her though.

A disappointing night considering how good last week was and how much of a hot mess the week before was.

Misha and Marcus were certainly the highlight. The former has done better, but frankly it's difficult for a 'Proud Mary' performance not to be all sorts of fabulous. The latter is going through some Alexandra Burke-esque journey clearly, and might actually win this. All he needs now is a Beyonce duet.

Loved Johnny. I know we get to hear him sing properly last week, but he bored me a bit and it was all very amazing tonight. Kitty was equally very good, I love her performances purely on the basis they're a lovely peak into what happens inside her disturbed head. I hate to say it, but despite how much I hate his face, Craig was actually very good. Somehow.

Frankie managed the impossible, and made me hate 'I Gotta Feeling' even more than I already do. He's like a one man The Kooks, awful. Janet was lifeless, better than last week, but still not very good. The Risk were dull. Little Mix were good, but not quite as much as last week.

Ideally Frankie and Janet would go. In reality, I think Kitty is the only guaranteed exit.

Was nice to have Queen Kelly back on the show. She clearly appeared to be on the same drugs Burke was on last week. Gary annoyed me though, we've reached a worrying stage where I'm agreeing with what Louis says on matters now. Tulisa still shit.

Months back when the new judging panel was announced, everyone was slating Gary Barlow before we even saw the first audition show. There was me saying he's been in the music industry for 20 years and knows what he's talking about.

I never imagined Gary Barlow would end up talking out of his arse but he's somehow managed to achieve this since the live shows started. I'm disappointed and so if Frankie survives for another week, I'll probably just start hoping that he wins to prove how much of a mockery he's made from being on X Factor.

Leon Jackson II right here.

Leon is Pavarotti compared to Frankie.

To be honest - I'm starting to feel a bit sorry for Frankie. He knows he's totally out of his depth (and in a not particularly strong field) and yet he has to force himself to go through this each week. I don't honestly blame him for going out and getting blasted each night. Louis was right (Kelly was talking through her arse) he'll NEVER be a singer but I think it was unfair of Gary to even choose him to get this far - he should have gone at boot-camp stage.

As bad as he was though - at least he didn't forget his words tonight - and with a song he didn't even choose himself. If Frankie wasn't in this show - I doubt this year's XF would get any column inches in the papers.

The rest of my comments:

Craig - That was pretty ok. Glad he got to do an uptempo number for once. I think I'm getting a bit less excited by him in a way though, I don't know why... I still see him as a potential winner.

The Risk - I quite liked that! Their vocals were nice.

Marcus - I have to say, Marcus was my favourite tonight. I didn't care for him in the beginning, but in the last couple of weeks, he has really grown on me!

Kitty - That was a bit disappointing today... Last week she was up there as probably my favourite, but something just didn't quite connect with me this week. I would still like to see her on the show for some more time.

Frankie - Quite awful. It's like he was just talking his way through that song! His voice is so weak and not pleasing to these ears.

Misha - Another good performance, but not my favourite of hers and not my favourite this week either.

Little Mix - I'm not sure tonight. I really liked them last week, but this week fell a bit flat compared to last week. I think I might rewatch their performance because I can't remember it well but it's not up on Youtube yet, so I can't rewatch it just yet.

Frankie should go, with probably Johnny joining him.

Johnny - 6/10 - mainly for the You Spin Me Round section  but seriously, I'm getting just a bit bored of him

Janet - 7/10 - its great she did an up tempo, but I don't think that was the best song to do it with, she completely lost it towards the end :(

Craig - 9/10 - the first three seconds I was just about to groan as he opened with the candlelight version :drama: but then it got really good, nice to finally see him do something uptempo and pull it off

The Risk - 7/10 - slightly bland, but a lot better than last week

Marcus - 9/10 - I said before that its a very interesting song choice (not 'club classic' but hey ho) and he pulled it off really well, I can definitely see him winning

Kitty - 6/10 - her worst performance in ages, I think she could easily be in the bottom 3 tomorrow :(

Frankie - 0/10 - f***ing awful blah blah but it IS!! he is just generally incapable if doing a decent performance

Misha - 7/10 - tedious song choice, but good performance, I don't think I'm ever gonna fully GET her though

Little Mix - 8/10 - they're really improving, particuarly the harmonies, possibly the bets girl group they've ever had

tbh I don't entirely mind who goes, but if Frankie isn't one of them, I will explode...

@heatworld

Just been down to #xfactor hanging out in Louis walsh's dressing room. Next week is Gaga week - kitty HAS to stay. Come on people! #tvgold

I assume by this they mean all contestants will be singing a GaGa song? If so, another reason as to why Kitty HAS TO STAY. Unless maybe they're just reffering to GaGa's appearance on the show on Sunday?

Personally I doubt they would do Gaga week. Too narrow a theme. They like broad themes. It'll just be referencing her guest performance.

Haven't watched any performance yet this week, but from all I've read and equationing the public voting I'd say this week it'll be

FEWEST VOTES/ELIMINATED RIGHT AWAY: Kitty

BOTTOM TWO: Frankie + The Risk (or even maybe Janet)

As long as Frankie lands on the Bottom 3 I reckon he's going. If he doesn't then I don't know who else will. Janet vs. The Risk? Ah YES, that would be the SHOCK elimination they need this week!

So, to sum this post up,

Kitty gets eliminated straight away.

Bottom Two with The Risk and Janet Devlin, with The Risk being voted out by Louis (because Janet is Irish), Kelly (because Janet is under her wing), and Gary (because he seems to like Janet more than The Risk 3.0?)

Johnny and Frankie still in the competition will cause the uproar they need to have more viewers tuning in. Although, quite frankly, that'd make me feel like watching SCD instead.

Little Mix, Misha & Marcus were easily the highlights of the night. All of them smashed it! Kitty and The Risk were pretty good too ... Craig was technically but I just can't stand him, I don't know what it is! Then Frankie & Janet were just terrible.

Hope Gary loses two acts tomorrow, he was so smug tonight it actually HURT. Eugh. Louis was amazing with his put downs to Frankie/Kelly too ... him and Tulisa are definetly my favourite judges, Kelly I've gone off and Gary I just can't STAND. He's f***ing awful and thinks he has it in the bag, reason enough for a boy not to win this year.

I reckon it'll be Frankie and Janet going home tomorrow ... can't see Janet getting through after THAT performance. Kitty will probably join them in the bottom three though, her or Johnny anyway.

The only two I genuinely think are safe are Little Mix & Marcus

Out of the rest..I really can't call the bottom 3. I'd love a Frankie Janet and Johnny bottom 3, but knowing the public it won't be anything close to that

Little Mix and Marcus are the top 2 (not only for this week - both BRILLIANT!) I reckon. Forget everyone else. They both seem to be getting new supporters each week! (Deservedly so, too!)

And IF it's true about it being GaGa week next week, 'Paparazzi' BETTER go to Little Mix and they better put in an Accapella performance!

If it were GaGa week I'd say;

Little Mix - Paparazzi

The Risk - Just Dance

Johnny - Born This Way

Kitty - You And I

Misha B - Telephone

Janet - Poker Face (Acoustic Version)

Frankie - Bad Romance

Craig - The Edge Of Glory

Marcus - Judas? He'd be hard to choose for ...
