January 22, 201214 yr (28) One Direction-One Thing This tune probaly should've been the follow-up to "What Makes You Beautiful". it sounds a lot like their tune.
January 22, 201214 yr Good to see Olly Murs holding on in the album chart and Snow Patrol still top 40 in the album, hopefully the new single can help snow patrol re climb and get the album to platnum sales which i think it should do easily enough.
January 22, 201214 yr 23 weeks - never fallen below #16 - the true single success story of 2011, not even Adele's 'Someone Like You' managed that long in the top 16 - and it spent 5 non-consecutive weeks at the top spot. It could well climb next week too - Labrinth, Olly Murs and Beyonce will no doubt drop a few places each.
January 22, 201214 yr I got it for £3.50 in the Amazon Black Friday. Worth it for Set Fire to the Rain and Turning Tables alone. Unlike James Blunt 21 got massive critical acclaim from respected publications and more than one huge song I've heard those songs and have SFFTTR off Now 80. I'm not tempted. IMO 21 will always be known more for the strength of its success than the strength of the album musically.
January 22, 201214 yr YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!! Beyonce!!!! :cheer: Here we go.
January 22, 201214 yr Beyonce!! [This song broke the 2 song streak of songs performed on Glee this week!] Love this song, my favourite song from her '4' era :D

January 22, 201214 yr and this remains awful, oversung crap. the chorus annoys me like hell, especially considering it takes up half the song. :puke: Edited January 22, 201214 yr by Doug
January 22, 201214 yr Beyonce was in the top 10 on itunes for half the week wasn't she? How can she be so low?!
January 22, 201214 yr Such a strange structure for a song - it has about three/four key changes during the song!
January 22, 201214 yr Beyonce was in the top 10 on itunes for half the week wasn't she? How can she be so low?! She went top 10 briefly last week I think, but not at all this week. You might be getting her mixed up with Lloyd?

January 22, 201214 yr I still LOVE Moves like Jagger. Its fun and better than the actual Mick Jagger telling me to go hard or go home Nah, Sir Mick Jagger is the only one reason that I'm in love with T.H.E. at the moment.
January 22, 201214 yr She went top 10 briefly last week I think, but not at all this week. You might be getting her mixed up with Lloyd? Maybe time is collapsing in on itself
January 22, 201214 yr Any guesses on who'll occupy the #11 spot then? It could be: Kelly Clarkson, Taio Cruz, Coldplay, Pixie Lott or Avicii. My guess is Clarkson, with Coldplay at #10. Pixie Lott possibly at #9.

Moves Like Jagger never sold over 82.4k in a single week though - Someone Like You did that 5 times, very nearly 6. Earthquake still in the top 15  So glad at its longevity, it initially (from the end of its first week) looked like it was going to drop pretty quickly. Glad Love On Top has fallen, it's not THE worst thing in the chart by any stretch of the imagination but it's so dull. Edited January 22, 201214 yr by Bré

January 22, 201214 yr Earthquake is just so good. I find the instrumental to it so amazing. You can tell Labrinth put so much work into it. It's a shame songs like International Love (which we'll probably be hearing in a minute) can be chart hits when they were clearly made in about 2 minutes.
