I think she's attractive but she needs to grow up a bit. I think she should cut her hair shorter (ala Mollie from the Saturdays) and go back to the way she was before 'Girlfriend'. She just seems like she's stuck in teenager mode recently.

This is the huge problem with her really. It must be 10 years now since 'Complicated' first came out when she was only about 17/18, and she still both looks and sounds the same.

I laugh at the lyric in What the Hell "All my life I've been good". Um, I wouldn't say that. :lol:

Alexis is the definition of a good girl. Soon you'll hear a Tinie Tempah song called 'I'm Male'. :P

I would be surprised if Olly Murs' new single missed the top 40 - but then again I don't know what it sounds like. I think with lots of radio 1 support in the near future (it's not on the playlist yet but R1 wouldn't snub Olly) it could possibly out peak 'Heart On My Sleeve' (that was such a bland song with nothing to like about it, I forgot it went as high as #20 - surely this new one isn't any worse)

 

'Oh My Gosh' is like 'Too Good To Lose' by Rebecca Ferguson. The first verse sounds ok and it sounds like the chorus is going to be big and anthemic but upon its arrival it's actually very limp and drab. Thus makes the song much more disappointing because of it.

 

'Heart On My Sleeve' was a dreadful choice of single purely because Olly Murs just isn't a good enough vocalist to pull off big notes so ends up sounding quite tragic instead.

 

However, I really liked 'Busy' and would've liked to have seen that song be a bigger hit than it was. Great song, quite funny video plus the music was used in several M&S adverts. Sadly, it just wasn't meant to be.
