March 18, 201214 yr As sad as it is to not have M.I.A. grace the top 40 - I'm thrilled that Tyga managed at least one week inside; really thought it'd evolve into a hit - though I guess there's still time (i.e. a 59p reduction). Likewise for M.I.A., although this week seemed it's best chance to climb into the top 40 - there's still a chance for the future. It concerns me how quickly Gym Class Heroes, will.i.am and soon Chiddy Bang, Cover Drive and Alyssa Reid have all fallen down the charts - I thought American acts were annoyingly long-holding top 40'ers - though UK music isn't faring any better either - a 10-place drop for Coldplay and a 10+ drop for Dappy coming up.
