Ah that explains, thanks. Although I think in these suitations it's absolutely stupid on the record company behalf to delete the higher charting song.

If they really want to charge more for the song, couldn't they just put the price up on the higher version and delete the lower version In order to prevent momentum loss?

Interesting that as soon as 'The Man Who Can't Be Moved' gets put back to 99p, it falls from #18 (where it was for two weeks straight) down to #26.

Seriously UK, it's only 40p more.

Which is basically a 66% increase in price. :P

'How To Save A Life' back up to #29 and 'Use Somebody' back up to #31 :D 'Dakota' top version holding up well so far, still at #36. Really hoping for these three to all be back on Sunday, U2 are unlikely to be though (down to #38 now).

[Episode doesn't air until tomorrow]

Glee top 200 update;

 73. How Will I Know

 99. I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me)

 128. My Love Is Your Love

 139. It's Not Right But It's Okay

 152. So Emotional

 174. I Have Nothing

Chart Update

18. Stereophonics

35. U2

36. The Fray

37. Kings of Leon

38. Madcon

iTunes Update

29. The Fray

31. Kings of Leon

36. Stereophonics

38. U2

45. Madcon

Interesting how The Fray's top version is the highest of the five chart re-entries, but only the third highest officially - though the multiple Sterephonics versions are definitely helping balance it out. It's unlikely that Madcon will survive until Sunday, and U2 seems a bit doubtful too - but the 59p The Fray and Kings of Leon + multiple versions of 'Dakota' should ensure three classic re-entries come Sunday; rather exciting on a week with only one new track entering the top 40.

Which is basically a 66% increase in price. :P

Even 1st class stamps aren't going up by that much... :P

108. Lucien - Dance With You

Why has this randomly jumped 400places since last night?

10. Ordinary People - John Legend

11. Drive By - Train

Train heading for a top 10 smash it seems :D Gotye is at #9 though, so if Train overtake him then he's vulnerable to being kicked out which is not good. I want it to at least match Maroon 5's decade record for top 10 longevity :(

Alex Clare  to #7 :D

27. How to Save a Life - The Fray

30. Use Somebody - Kings of Leon

:D Go both of these.

We Are Young  #2

Let's Go  #3

Woop!!! :D

Glad to see fun. overtaking. Then again, I don't think there's a video for 'Let's Go' so it's done well to get as high as #2 on iTunes. Guess it's been getting a fair amount of radio airplay.

Still, Carly for 4th week at no. 1 is much more pleasing. :D

I still think 'Let's Go' will sell significantly more than 'We Are Young' by Sunday - Conor Maynard managed to sell quite a bit more than Fun. in the week, despite falling behind it.
