Incorrect usage of this phrase. Die.

Quite weird how it's holding up so well when the other two had a massive second week fall. Is it because Radio 1 is still supporting it? Or just because it is exceptionally better than the other singles? :P

I'm surprised they troubled the Top 100 at all let alone the Top 40 without any promo, airplay, video, remixes or interest from the band members

Had Steps done a video and some promotion probably would've been a bit of a hit seeing as it went top 40 with virtually no radio play or promotion.

I guess it could still become a hit if they did a few TV appearances etc in the run up to Christmas to promote their album

I think they just got it right this time and the airplay has helped - Also they have had more TV exposure [XtraFactor, This Morning etc,]

Frankly I would have thought you had better things to be doing than arguing over JLS, Gaga.

Yeah, and I guess if they are going round and promoting the album, then the singles are going to be getting a boost from that.

^ 'Diamonds' looking to climb again after a 01-04-04 chart run thus far, or at the least hold at #4 for a third week. The music video is being shot at the moment, Twitter tells me, so hopefully she releases at the beginning of November; it's already selling well - so the video's only going to keep it going until the new year.

If the release of Rihanna's video prevents Little Mix from getting a 100% #1 record, I'm going to kill some bitches!

jus' sayin'.

+1!

I don't think it will though, I think DNA will be pretty big and hang around a while. I do like Diamonds obviously, but DNA is one of my favourite songs this year (possibly 2nd only behind Euphoria!)

Oh I don't think I've ever agreed with your posts as much as I have with this one! Every last word of it

I hope DNA goes to #1 I absolutely love the song. But also, since Rita Ora's probably going to end her #1 streak with her next single (although it's awesome imo), it has to be Little Mix next to carry the mantle.

I wondered why this had suddenly reappeared - Love this track! Will be interesting to see if it has any impact in the States where Shontelle underperformed compared to the UK!

Shontelle's song re-entered the top 100 on US iTunes a few weeks ago, so I assume that was why.

I never knew the Bruno Mars song was just a pre-order. That explains a lot though, I was a bit confused why it wasn't charting higher all this time.
