Titanium for me. Closely followed by Troublemaker, Don't You Worry Child, Starships & Call Me Maybe!

Mini Sophie's Choice moment between fun. and Gotye for me. I went with We Are Young in the end (with their incredible album being the decider).

Voted for Flo, will probably make Ho Hey my fave of the year though

Voted for "We Are Young". Surely one of the most iconic amongst the others, with "Call Me Maybe" and "Somebody That I Used to Know" up there. Looking at this list, what a brilliant year for music 2012 has been - sure-fit classics like "Starships" and "Titanium" in particular.

Don't You Worry, Don't You Worry Child. Takes epic to another level.

Out of those 'Sweet Nothing' by a mile but that's not my actual favourite of the year (though it is in the top 5).

OVERALL, personally I think 'Somebody That I Used To Know' :) <3

Even as a 1D loon, Little Things sadly does not compare to the MASTEPIECE that is Call Me Maybe.

Gangnam Style EASILY. Although Starships and Call Me Maybe would be close.. :(

Its been OK at the top this year. I don't much like Starships and Titanium though. I have just found the breadth of greatness diminished. Not many 'Should have done miles better' songs.

Somebody That I Used To Know out of those, but there are some amazing songs there (Diamonds, We Are Young, Call Me Maybe and others!) :wub:

Don't You Worry Child. Listening to it now, especially after the tragic shootings last week, it gives me goosebumps. It's almost like the song was written for the tragedy. :(
