Why not just announce the no.1 at 4 and be done with it? Dragged out tension is terrible but there was none whatsoever and she announced no.2 quickly and then went on about something else for ages. I mean, I get your point, but she still sucked at her job.

It's always nice to have a surprise number 1, rather than constantly having one hat radio has fed to us.
Amazing. A 90s 'classic' finally gets to #1, hilarious to see but it's about time for Ant & Dec to get a UK chart topper!
The Saturdays falling at a comical rate.

But no where near on the level on Girls Aloud! ^_^

Nice to see The Saturdays' fans still have a sense of humour.

The sarcasm in that Saturdays post was quite blatant but still whoosh.
Why is APRILJ being criticised here? If anything, she was just trying to have banter with Theo!

Thanks Griff!

Woosh back to your woosh "T-Boy"!

Apologies to Aprilj but it was more the second post I was referring to. So whoosh back to your whoosh :P

She seemed to be having on off-day this week. I hate the normal faux-dramatic pause but this week's announcement of the number two was rather flat. Overall though, she is a vast improvement on Reggie Yates.

Oh I agree, I only meant in that she failed today. She is immensely superior to Reggie in every single way.

My opinion is the complete opposite. Jameela Jamil is a diabolical host in every sense, at least Reggie kept me feeling interested. :manson: I always tune into the big Top 40 eventually when I've had enough of her. Utterly awful.

Jameela, diabolical?

Reggie took about five minutes to finish a sentence, and just had an irritating sound, which obviously isn't good for any radio DJ.

Jameela >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Well, at least Reggie had a likeable personality (in my opinion) and seemed like he was genuinely excited about the chart. Jameela has none of these qualities.
Reggie wasn't interested in the chart, or any of the records other than those that were R&B or by his mates (e.g. "Pro" Green, Wretch 32)
