I don't think Run To You was released until the Sunday (ie midnight) but then all the performances weren't released last year (we didn't get Tyler's Higher Love and Bo's Running Up That Hill until a week or two later on a compilation album) so maybe not. Andrea's Angel might be released then but it will miss top 40 anyway.

Why haven't they released the final 3 performances? 'Lovin' You' would be top 20 right now I believe and would have got there officially I believe. Will should get Leah in the studio tonight and put her vocals down on 'Bang Bang' and have it released in the next couple of days as well, it would be such a good move and do very well :kink:

Woah at Bang Bang, but fair play, it sounded like a hot mess on paper but worked amazingly. I'm gutted that Leah didn't win but Andrea picked a pretty perfect song, My Immortal is such an immense classic song that it's unbelievable that it peaked so low.

 10. will.i.am - Bang Bang

This was such a fantastic performance with Leah, a really unique song. Glad its doing well and hopefully it encourages Will to record a version with Leah too.

I have to admit that Bang Bang has really grown on me after listening to it again once seeing the song choices for The Voice and then of course after the performance. It does have some questionable lyrics though: 'Tom and Jerry and Scooby Doo' but what can you expect from will.i.am

THIS

Totally agree with you, can someone just tweet Will.

I love "Bang Bang", so glad to see it doing well! I hope some killer remixes of the song are made.

Alicia Keys "New Day" #273 :(

So sad to see it doing worse than "Brand New Me".

Also, "My Immortal" is above "I Will Always Love You" now. Hope it stays that way.

The Leah version of 'Bang Bang' would be massive if released. The supposed winner's single 'Angel' has 135 likes on the YouTube video uploaded by BBC whereas the 'Bang Bang' performance already has just shy of 1,000 likes. It certainly made the biggest impact of all the performances of the night.

I agree. This is the will.i.am that I love with his weird songs. Some of his other singles like This Is Love and #thatPOWER didn't really seem like him to me.

I think that's more down to the fact it's a new will.i.am song than anything else though. (Although Leah obviously has had a bigger impact on the public than Andrea, as her songs have sold far, far more).

It was one of the more enjoyable performances despite Leah, mainly because she mostly stayed out of it apart from saying the title :P

8. Get Lucky (feat. Pharrell Williams) - Daft Punk

17. I Will Survive - Leah McFall

18. Get Lucky (Radio Edit) [feat. Pharrell Williams] - Daft Punk

21. My Immortal - Andrea Begley

23. I Will Always Love You - Leah McFall

24. My Immortal - Evanescence

31. Killing Me Softly - Leah McFall

36. Hall of Fame (feat. will.i.am) - The Script

78. Suspicious Minds - Mike Ward

79. Babylon - David Gray

81. Picking Up the Pieces - Mike Ward

95. Lovin' You - Minnie Riperton

Spoke too soon about 'Killing Me Softly', it will probably hold onto top 40 after all then :( Hopefully 'I Will Always Love You' will actually miss out though since it won't have a boost at the end of the week this time. 'I Will Survive' must start properly plummeting within the next week as well.

Leah and Mike both still highest with their QF songs :drama:

Why did Michael Bublé perform 'Who's Lovin' You' instead of his actual single? Odd.

That's a really good idea. Retweet that to him.

The most-viewed and most-liked video from any of The Voice series on the BBC YouTube channel is the duet between Jessie J and Vince Kidd from last year. Views and likes aren't always reflected in sales/success, strangely.

Firstly Matt should have won. Secondly, once Matt was eliminated Leah should've won. The public never learn do they. As a music fan, it does irritate me that the general public overlook the most commercial, current artist(s) and go with the safe MOR act. I know, I know it's up to the people at home who they should vote for but my point still stands.

I'm going to give 'Bang Bang' (the original will.i.am version) a listen because I really thought that duet was an incredible performance and I'm quite surprised that I actually like a post-2010 will.i.am song. I absolutely detest his last four singles so BB being decent is extremely odd. This season of The Voice has really made me warm to him - even if I do find most of the music he releases nowadays to be complete bull. He clearly has talent though.

Anyway, TEAM ICONA!!! :cheer:

'Bang Bang' could be the new 'We No Speak Americano' style hit. I'm not surprised to see Buzzjack buzzing over it though. It's good, but doesn't really last for too many plays for me, until I become bored of it.
Matt winning would've been a complete non-event. Leah was the only good one there, she really should've won :( I think series 3 of The Voice will be the last, none of the singers are going to have good careers.

Was the beginning of the performance transmitted in black/ white?

Yep, it was basically a live recreation of the 'Bang Bang' music video which is also in black and white.
