To the disappointment of Ryan and Regina, Diana Vickers and Matt Cardle are SNUBBED. z68AmwQ1ALc Official Information Start date - 31 August 2013 Judges - Louis Walsh, Gary Barlow, Nicole Scherzinger, Sharon Osbourne Presenter - Dermot O'Leary Xtra Factor Presenters - Caroline Flack, Matt Richardson Broadcaster - ITV, ITV2 (Xtra Factor) Edited August 21, 201311 yr by Thermometer
July 26, 201311 yr Author I thought Gary left :( No, unfortunately we still have to put up with him :( But we have Quen Nicole Scherzinger for a 2nd year! *.*
July 26, 201311 yr Really looking forward to this; can't wait to see Jade Richards and Melanie McCabe reauditioning, although if Jade doesn't make it past auditions this time, she needn't bother next year, shame though because she has a fantastic voice and she's from Fife.
July 26, 201311 yr I think it is quite unfair of X Factor to not include 'Once' considering that it reached #1 and wasn't a winner's single! :( Matt and definitely Rebecca should really have been included too! It looks like they have left out Diana and Matt due to them walking out on their Sony-related labels (RCA and Syco/Columbia) which is unfair on Diana and Matt but unfortunately to be expected from X Factor. I have no idea why Rebecca hasn't been included though, 'Heaven' was incredibly successful and it'd have been nice to realise that by including a little bit of 'Backtrack'. Otherwise, it is a very good idea for the advert. :kink:
July 26, 201311 yr Matt's manager isn't very happy he was left out of the advert  Looking forward to this anyway.

Although if that's why she's not included, it just makes The X Factor look spiteful.

Although if that's why she's not included, it just makes The X Factor look spiteful. Oh yeah, she left Modest! Management last year I think because she wasn't happy with them. And that is the management company all X Factor acts seem to use, Diana is still with them and I know One Direction are with them. I assume most signed X Factor acts go to Modest! too. So that could be a possible reason I guess!

July 26, 201311 yr Well, at least Jedward didn't make the cut. :D Was hoping for a little bit of "HEY, it's Chico time" for the LOLZ. :kink:
July 26, 201311 yr The exclusion of Diana and Matt does improve things somewhat but the presence of noted cunts Cher Lloyd and Olly Murs ensures it remains abysmal. Also what is that thing murdering Impossible?? Did that actually win last year? :manson:
July 26, 201311 yr Matt and Rebecca are the only artists from XF I've ever bought music from. Their albums are too good to have their music thrown into a shoddy advert like that.

Also what is that thing murdering Impossible?? Did that actually win last year? :manson: That thing did indeed win last year. :D You think he's bad? You should check out Jahmene Butcher...live. :D Whoa, in a different league of dog yelping. :D In fact, this Sunday's album chart #1 is likely to be glorified karoake in a "music for people who don't like music" kind of way.
July 26, 201311 yr Author Also what is that thing murdering Impossible?? Did that actually win last year? :manson: Not only did he win but he also sold over a million copies of Impossible in the UK. Am I the only one on Buzzjack who prefers James' cover to Shontelle's original? :( I hope his new material doesn't disappoint.
July 26, 201311 yr Were James able to string two notes together correctly, I'm SURE more people on BJ would prefer his version. Unfortunately he constantly sounds like a wounded animal which I could hear from standing on my dogs foot but I won't because I hate suffering.
July 26, 201311 yr Celebrating 10 years but only one contestant featured from the first four years.
July 26, 201311 yr Didn't realize it was this close, only 3 weeks time?! I hope it seems more fresh this year. Looking forward to the return of Sharon.

No, I actually really liked James Arthur's version of 'Impossible' and how they basically made it sound like 'Love The Way You Lie'. Let's face it, he was the only good singer left in the final 5 once Ella got kicked out. Were James able to string two notes together correctly, I'm SURE more people on BJ would prefer his version. Unfortunately he constantly sounds like a wounded animal which I could hear from standing on my dogs foot but I won't because I hate suffering. I think you're getting James and Jahmene mixed up. If not, then your description sure sums up Mr Butcher quite effortlessly (worse X Factor contestant since Chris Maloney...oh!!! :( )

Goodness me, last year's XF was shockingly poor, I'm glad I ducked out after week 1.
July 26, 201311 yr he was the only good singer left in the final 5 once Ella got kicked out. *once Queen Carolynne got kicked out Ella was probably the most annoying contestant last year. Always getting praise where she didn't deserve it, the judges failing to criticise her apart from Gary saying she shouldn't dance; when she made a bum note or was flat at points in nearly every one of her performances. Queen Carolynne would NEVER.
