No it's not! Lose My Mind only got to #19 & Warzone only got to #21. This is so far their 3rd lowest peaker.

Sorry I should have worded that better, I meant first non top 5 with a pre-album track...whoops!!!!

Fantastic to see the Arctic Monkeys back in the top ten. :yahoo:

I thought this song sounded so much like another song, but couldn't put my finger on it. Some Nights sounds about right actually. Shockingly, I actually really like it, miles better than Walks Like Rihanna!

It also bears a heavy resemblance to a couple of Eurovision/National final tracks melodically;

Great to see Arctic Monkeys top 10, finally after 6 years well deserved!!

Is this still really an album track, not a single? :o

Oh, I'm glad they're clarifying that it IS a good thing to pass exams. I know there's loads of success stories about people who failed but that's not the case for everyone.

Is this still really an album track, not a single? :o

I think it should be a single, although no video, no promo?

How is Blurred Lines still this high?! It was out of the T10 on iTunes for most of the week!

Edited August 18, 201313 yr by Defaze

'Holy Grail' definitely is a single (I think the video has been shot but not released yet).

Is it just me or are the top 10 songs a very slightly higher pitch/speed than usual?

Not just you, I nearly posted the exact same thing word-for-word  but the higher pitch doesn't bother me.

Blurred Lines sounds like it's the right pitch

Wow Robin Thicke has held up well considering he was outside of the iTunes top 10 for most of the week!

Multiple versions on iTunes. Blurred Lines had three versions in the top 100.

Same here. It screams average.

I've tried to give it a chance and enjoy it, but it still does absolutely nothing. Will never understand the mass appeal for what is now an unlistenable song for me.

GaGa next.

Agreed! One of my friends says it's much better than Get Lucky!! Erm No it's not!
