The song is called 'I Wish', it features T.I. and is scheduled for release sometime in October!

Really addicted to this and I can see this being a pretty big hit regardless of the fact it's her. Not quite sure top 3 is in her reach (as lovely as it would be) but it all (obviously) despends on what is released at roughly the same time.

Love this - really hope it can be a decent sized hit for her she's guaranteed an XF slot so hopefully Top 5!

Unimpressive - maybe T40 if she gets airplay.

I think she will get top 40 (fairly easily) without airplay. So with airplay I can see this being a big success for her.

It's alright. I think top 10 is certain. Would prefer it to miss the top 100 though. :kink:

 

Also, everytime I hear the beginning/the ahs I automatically think of "Dilemma".

Just awful. If this made the Top 1000, that would be too high. I thought "Earthquake" would be the worst single of 2013, but that's an all-time classic compared to this.

I saw the video yesterday and I must say it's not BAD :o and I don't even like her. Top 20 perhaps, it could go either way though.

I like Cher and I like this song. Not sure what it's going to do though. She's really hated here compared to in other countries I feel, and I'm not sure what airplay this is going to get. Swagger Jagger and Want U Back didn't make top 50 on airplay iirc. Should be top 40 on the charts though.

She'll probably get an X Factor slot, so I'll say somewhere around the top 15. Don't think it's going to get even the tiniest amount of airplay.

That was actually the comparison I was thinking of :lol: It does seem very much as if her fanbase has evaporated since her last era. It'd be one thing if the song was gaining traction in the US but nothing's happening there either so it's all the more reason for the UK to ignore it.

Perhaps they've just grown up a little. My niece who has just turned 13 loved her first album when it came out, but she's outgrown Cher Lloyd now.

Once you get over the X Factor hype/Swagger Jagger, I don't think she brings much new to the table as an artist, she was always gonna be a bit of a one trick pony and almost two years is quite a long time to be gone these days.
