September 14, 201311 yr Great performance from the guys, but I really don't know where they fit in, that's my only quibble.
September 14, 201311 yr Is it over already? That was quick! Didn't seem like much happened this audition. No stand out as far as I'm concerned.
September 14, 201311 yr Yeah if only they were 20 years younger you'd be ALL OVER THEM! I see no lies.
September 14, 201311 yr I remember that band as young kids in the top 20 back in 1999, bizarre :o Same here peaked at #13 with "24 Hours From You" and peaked at #38 with "More Love".
September 14, 201311 yr It says a lot when the Recession Woman was the best (well, most entertaining at least) from that lot. Worst show so far I think.
September 14, 201311 yr James Arthur montage at the start <3 (Idec) Anyway, today was pretty average. I liked Giles and the 20 year old who was on it when she was 14. I think I'm ready for the live shows now already. :P
September 14, 201311 yr Just finished watching this and it was a really good show overall, I thought. Kingsland were fab, really liked them (fabulous song choice too, and already LOVING one of them in particular :kink:), although Relley's version of Don't You Worry Child was much better. Brick City weren't that great at all, though. Don't get why the judges liked them as much as they did. Liddia and Ryan were HILARIOUS. As much as the talent wasn't there, the comedy definitely was - about time somebody told Gary exactly what nearly the whole of the UK thinks of him. And Nicole saying "that was schamazeless love..." Giles was amazing, really liked him, and think he could do really well (hopefully he makes it beyond Judges' Houses, although Louis will probably spin him some shit about not being old enough, or he needs to go back and work on developing a style or what have you, yawn). Lydia was great too, think she has a lot of potential. Nicholas, however, one of the most cliché auditions so far this series, and he wasn't even as great as they made him out to be. Obviously though when someone goes in and sings a song like You Raise Me Up and gimmicks it, the judges are going to love it and they're automatically going to go through. :/ Stephanie had such an AMAZING voice. Was a really emotional audition too, and I liked that because it didn't rely at all on a sob story or the as-of-late "OMG MY DAD DIED PLS PUT ME THROUGH", it just seemed really natural, and she deserves to go far. <3 Souli was fabulous too, despite not being a good singer. Just so feel-good, but dear GOD... Gary... put a f***ing smile on that face of yours or it'll stay that way. He honestly can't see the fun in any of the joke acts at all. I mean, obviously they're not gonna go far (unless you're Rylan, in which case Gary's confusion is acceptable), so why does he always get so worked up? "CAN YOU AFFORD IT, AFFORD IT, AFFORD IT?" *.* Trust Louis to be the only one to be like "OMG SHE IS AMAZE" though. Never fails to amuse me when Gary says to people that they need a lot of work, but always, nearly 100% of the time, takes a chance on them and puts them through. Some people are beyond saving, and he can't do it to everyone. James shouldn't have got through, but oh well. Hopefully he flops at Boot Camp. Louise Harper seems like this year's Lucy Spraggan too, except a lot more raw. Really looking forward to seeing her arena audition. Next of Kin though... It seems like The X Factor are deliberately stepping into The Voice territory to try and steal contestants from them. Louis saying "The show is all about giving people a second chance"... Right then. It's only been that way since you decided to try and stop The Voice from even existing because they know that by auditioning for The X Factor they're more likely to have a lasting career than auditioning for a show that's still trying to get off the ground and is on the BBC. They weren't even THAT great either. Nicole seems to cry at anything these days.
September 15, 201311 yr Didn't like anyone apart from that hoe that Sharon sent home in 2007. Kingsland? Next of Kin? No. Yeah if only they were 20 years younger you'd be ALL OVER THEM! Ages would range from 7 to 12. Sounds about right. Edited September 15, 201311 yr by RK Fire
September 15, 201311 yr Souli is an utter babe, omg I'm in fits just watching her  'The singing was just alright' 'WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!' Gary lost the right to say 'it's the X Factor, you can't be let through' when he chose Christopher Maloney as a wildcard.
September 15, 201311 yr Gary needs to take anti-depressants or something. Such a vibe killer. -_- Edited September 15, 201311 yr by Envoirment
September 15, 201311 yr If only it was my drum Dermot was banging at the beginning :( Anyway, Souli to win.
