I'm glad they're backing Katy B, hopefully she will do better with this single! And I have to say Im a little bit happy to see the new Little Mix single getting played, its been a real grower for me But Chase & Status being removed annoys me I would have given it at least 2 more weeks what with the album out this week...and quite frankly I hope they don't add Jay Z though I suspect it could happen next week
October 9, 201313 yr Hell yes to The 1975 and Martin Garrix being added, delighted that Wilkinson and Lorde are now A-list... ...but utterly confused that Western Disco have been dropped from the C-list. Western Disco, Showtek, Storm Queen, Slim/Starr/Harris, Martin Garrix and Wilkinson were going to have the big 6 dance tunes this autumn, very odd.
October 9, 201313 yr Although I'm very happy to see Lorde finally make it to the alist I am confused as to why certain artists make it to the alist 2/3 weeks before release but others like Lorde are def held back in the blist until the week before release?

October 9, 201313 yr I find it odd that 'Disco Love' is stuck on the B-list. '30 Days' had a similar progression to it prior to release, but was A-listed during release week upon going top 10 on iTunes. This looks to be quite a lot bigger, so it's curious :unsure: Hopefully it has good longevity on the playlist at least, rather than being dropped the next week. '30 Days' was dropped the week after it was moved to A-list because it was bombing down iTunes so maybe they're just trying to avoid a repeat of that.
October 9, 201313 yr Yeah I'm quite surprised that Disco Love is stuck on the B-list, especially given how well it's doing in the midweeks. Unless I'm mistaken, isn't this only the second Saturdays single (after Gentleman) not to get A-listed?
