I think it got made "Album Only" as soon as it was announced as the Children In Need single. (It probably charted top 200 because of it being on the 'About Time' soundtrack)

It was charting as a single and I can remember "Children In Need" highlighted. Maybe they've put up the single wrong and it was available shortly before being removed.
