Er am I imagining things. I saw Celine as low as 81 about 2 hours back and now she's 50. Any reason for this jump? (Not complaining though)

it is a random climb. i cant find anything that might suggest why the climb happened...

Is James Arthur singing his second single? Strange time for him to perform baring in mind the album and YNTSLY are already out

Hopefully Dermot will confront him about the abuse James has been sending Lucy Spraggan:

My album sold 10 times youres in it’s first week so you can fuck off with you’re career shite… Stop reading the press 'mate'… Real people don't care… Two faced fickle attention seeker. Dissapear

Pathetic!

Aren't the Pogues usually ahead of Mariah? Any reason for the change this year?
Blimey OneD are catching up, can't see any of the new releases hitting the top spot next week unless All About She / Higher (Free) pulls a surprise. OneD could actually climb to #1 next week :nocheer: unless Calvin Harris holds out for a second week, which is looking unlikely, hopefully I'm wrong. There isn't any big releases till the X Factor Winners track comes out now, plus all the charity tracks in the same week.

Mariah being on the 'Now That's What I Call Christmas' album for the first time is probably why she's holding up ahead of them for longer than usual this year. The Pogues will still overtake her by Christmas (I hope).

I assume he will be performing 'Recovery', yes. Unless he wants to give 'You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You' a boost, which I doubt. :P

I think he might do 'You're Nobody...', but that's only me thinking that because of Roar/Blurred Lines/Burn etc being performed rather than the current single.
He's already performed it on The Xtra Factor, though. It'd make sense with the 'Roar'/'Burn'/'Blurred Lines' situations, but they'll probably have him do something else for ~variety~

Ah, fair enough, your explanation of Xtra Factor seems more logical, as does him performing a newer single.

I'm getting frustrated with Unconditionally now, just got on the brink of top 20 and now down to #26, ughhh.

James Arthur is an embarrassment, always running around saying how 'credible' he is ... and yet brags about being no.1 and about sales, etc, and released a cover of ... Shontelle's Impossible as his first song ... And then gets upset when a rapper says he's not credible and goes on a bizarre rant. Yet releases pop music without playing instruments or producing, and with deeply philosophic, self-empowering lyrics such as, 'you're nobody 'til somebody loves you...' and then whatever he sings after it, I find it unintelligible, but maybe something about lifting up a cup and a club I'm guessing?

Yes. So credible.

I thought you was hibernating for the winter  :(

I'm by *no* means a fan of James Arthur, but I highly doubt he had anything to do with what he released as his very first single in all fairness.

It will be Top 10 after the X Factor final, don't worry

It's just the weekend effect anyway, most new songs get pushed down at the end of the week after climbing throughout the rest of it.

The Shetland Pony is back for Xmas

Not many people bought the album either, so has a shot at #2 or even #1 in the New Year with the X Factor boost.

Eww. All the grammar mistakes. I'm not the best, but for some reason pretty much the only one that gets right on my nerves is "your"/"you're" for some reason
