It's hard to believe a James Blunt song has spent 12 weeks Top 40 in this day & age

Imagine Dragons' "Radioactive" just beats it

Ahh, that's even more surprising! But they're two of my favourite songs of the year so that's great! :D

Bonfire Heart can go away. His new song on the other hand can enter anytime it wants
How did James Blunt become so relevant in the charts again?

I don't think it's as much him. It's the song! Although it's shit!

Pompeii and Love Me Again very much appreciated re-entries.

The same cannot be said for Bonfire Heart, though...

Agreed. Stone cold icy heart

What exactly is the point of this montage?

Nope, I still love Bonfire Heart. No shame whatsoever.

Thicke, Newman and Bastille haven't tired on me either so I'm quite happy to see them back also.

You must be counting from a week earlier than me :P

In terms of charts announced in 2013 (i.e. the week beginning date rather than week ending) 'Radioactive' and 'Pompeii' both have 41 weeks, 'Radioactive' may have 42 now.

Really wish it was Losing Sleep in the chart instead of Love Me Again. That song has had its time and Losing Sleep is too good to not go top 40.

Yep, I use the "week ending" dates, so this week counts as a 2014 chart for me.

What a waste of 5 minutes of radio, ten seconds of numerous songs just bunged together in no particular order just sounded a mess. Would have rather had a Jive Bunny medley than that.

Can We Dance   Absolutely love this song, one of the best of the year IMO.
Gosh. First time I'm properly listening to this Vamps song, and it sound SO similar to something else in the beginning. I can't think what it is atm.
Oh, just piss off please The Vamps. How can anyone like this? Shame this is had the gift-card effect.

For the type of boy band pop it is, it is pretty good.
