Has anyone else bought ugly heart but it is telling you that you don't have it?

'Not On Drugs' was pushed too early. A bit like 'Giant In My Heart', really they should have tried to sync the release more with the American one. 'Not On Drugs' had "filler single while they're pushing her in the States" written all over it with this strategy.

 

it wasn't co-ordinated between the US and UK labels at all - from what I gather Polydor were rather taken aback by the sudden announcement of the US album release and had to pull Not on Drugs quite late and rethink everything. though why they couldn't stick with it and release the album at the same time, idk.

 

so disappointed mausi weren't given much of a shot by radio, they deserve to be a big hit :(

And with Kiesza, it's good they didn't try and sync the worldwide releases or else there'd be a 6 month gap between singles. Hideaway is still climbing the charts in the US, so it's good they moved onto the next single rather than waiting.

The Duke Dumont track is fantastic. Number 1 please! I am baffled as to how it sounds like a 'bog standard dance track' to anyone tbh.

Lol that Anastacia, the biggest flop release of the week, is the only song there I've even heard or remember hearing. I heard Prayer in C this morning for the first time ever and I've already forgotten how that goes. Such basic hits these days.

Well, I suppose half of Good Charlotte can't be as bad as all of them.

Didn't expect The Script to do this well, these MOR radio pop songs from the likes of OneRepublic/Maroon 5/The Script have all exceeded my low top ten expectations for them significantly!

So pleased to see GRL doing well.

Surprised at GRL being so high. Ugly Heart has done miserably in the US, hasn't it?

Not really. It did approach the Top 100 previously, but it's now #402 and falling on pop radio after peaking at #43.
