September 5, 201412 yr 17 Work 13 Bounce 10 Change Your Life 05 Fancy 04 Black Widow Iggy looking to have all her singles from this album campaign out-peak the previous one. I can't think of another artist's era where this has happened with at least 4 singles other than The Saturdays' debut era. 08 If This Is Love 05 Up 04 Issues 02 Just Can't Get Enough (don't even think this was on their album though)
September 5, 201412 yr Author Sales are in, top 3 singles and albums are very close :o Duke Dumont 3% stream sales Lilly Wood 13% stream sales
September 5, 201412 yr 'Prayer in C' selling 10.3k in a day! :o Won't be enough to let it pass 70k this Sunday, but sales could have been a lot worse. Sam Smith should be able to return to #1 if the Top 3 continue selling the same amount until Sunday. I don't think Royal Blood will take it.
September 5, 201412 yr Author Also we did have sales missing from Amazon on Weds update, everything has been added now, Lilly is around 1,830 copies behind the Duke
September 5, 201412 yr Thank GOD for Lilly. Duke and The Script can bugger right off with their lame parodies of Black Box/themselves respectively.
September 5, 201412 yr Iggy looking to have all her singles from this album campaign out-peak the previous one. 'Supersonic' 31 'Shakermaker' 11 'Live Forever' 10 Cigarettes & Alcohol 7 Whatever 3 and Some might Say 1..... Edited September 5, 201412 yr by Dark Horse
September 5, 201412 yr Definitely looks like Sam Smith is going back to #1 on the albums this week then. The One Show ha impact. (Poor Royal Blood).
September 5, 201412 yr Is let it go back top 40? (Even though I doubt it) I wish Taylor + G.R.L were top 5 over Iggy (I love black widow but she can make it next week)
September 5, 201412 yr Author Is let it go back top 40? (Even though I doubt it) Nope, thank god for that :P
September 5, 201412 yr Oasis did it with their debut album Definitly Maybe back in 1994 with 6 singles... 'Supersonic' 31 'Shakermaker' 11 'Live Forever' 10 Cigarettes & Alcohol 7 Whatever 3 and Some might Say 1..... Travis did it with 8 singles in a row: 38 - Happy 16 - More Than Us 14 - Writing To Reach You 13 - Driftwood 10 - Why Does It Always Rain On Me? 8 - Turn 5 - Coming Around 3 - Sing Not sure if that's a record or not, although that wasn't their debut 8 singles, they had 3 Top 40 hits before that. Still impressive though!
September 5, 201412 yr Would be a great result to see Duke hold at number one but it would be on awful sales but today's top 3 would be perfect for Sunday I think it will end up: 1 - Lilly Wood/Robin Schulz 60k 2 - Duke Dumont 55k 3 - The Script 51k Surprised The Script have dropped to 3 but pleased at the same time hope they don't climb to 2 :) 60k would be bad for a #1, but 51k for a #3 would be quite good. I wouldn't mind if DD slipped to #3 as it would serve his record company right for doing a chicken run!
September 5, 201412 yr I remember when everyone was hoping that Prayer In C would go Top 10 and now it'll block Duke in its second week. Very happy on how everything turned out though as 'Prayer In C' is vastly superior to any of the other contenders this week.
