September 2, 201412 yr Looks like The Script will take #1 this week then. They always seem to climb after release rather than the traditional pre-order boost before dropping over the weeks. Same happened with "Hall of Fame" climbing in its second week to #1 and holding up well for weeks.
September 2, 201412 yr Lilly Wood & Robin are gaining on The Script on iTunes and should be back at #1 by tomorrow by the looks of things - think they are gonna keep #1 at this rate.
September 3, 201412 yr Oh yeah didn't bear that in mind. Suprising underperformance but then after hearing snippets of the album I'm not too fussed :PYou should listen, it's actually a strong album ('Maps' is genuinely one of the worst from it, imo). Boo at them only being at #3 and seem to be underperforming. I was expecting at least 10k in the first set of mids for them!
September 3, 201412 yr Lilly Wood & Robin are gaining on The Script on iTunes and should be back at #1 by tomorrow by the looks of things - think they are gonna keep #1 at this rate. I really hope so, seems like they will benefit with another 7-10k from streaming so hopefully they could do it but if Duke can't get to number one I'd rather Prayer In C stay at the top
September 3, 201412 yr The mids are hard to call but I think on Sunday it will end up: 1 Lily Wood 2 The Script 3 Duke Dumont with sales being quite close.
September 3, 201412 yr I actually hope Lilly hangs on, wouldnt mind The Script either but hope Duke gets duped. Holding back ANOTHER week just to achieve a No1
September 3, 201412 yr The mids are hard to call but I think on Sunday it will end up: 1 Lily Wood 2 The Script 3 Duke Dumont with sales being quite close. This is what I'm hoping for, if Duke can't get to number one ill only be happy if Lilly holds on. Whatever the final result I can't see the number one selling over 65-70k with the runner up being about 3-5k behind that maybe but it's going to be very tight I can't remember a week like it and I think this could be the week streaming could decide the number one!
September 3, 201412 yr Author We have top 5 sales as well, hmmm.... I wouldn't rule out Lilly Wood now... update coming soon with yours truly :D

September 3, 201412 yr Author 5sos are just knocking outside the top 40, Paolo Nutini is not that far behind, within the top 50
September 3, 201412 yr so ferick dawn will be replaced by 5SOS or Paolo by Sunday or even both lol. Brilliant to see G.R.L. holding up well but I do predict 7/8 on Sunday. Hope it stays top 5 though  Edited September 3, 201412 yr by R.o.b.
September 3, 201412 yr Author btw, does anyone know who is the featured act on Duke Dumont's track, as the act is not even credited this time round.
September 3, 201412 yr Author No sign of Rather Be or Let It Go. :o don't talk too soon, as those tracks are just lingering outside the 40, they could still come back later in the week :P
