October 17, 201411 yr Break Free set to re-peak! Looks like 1D will slip to 4 come Sunday, in fact every single one of the new releases is flopping in comparison to what was initially expected, except Krishane perhaps (didn't expect that to even chart). Also lol @ Tough Love. Edited October 17, 201411 yr by Dobbo
October 17, 201411 yr Hopefully "Break Free" can climb and bit more and Jessie J can hold onto #3 in the albums chart.
October 17, 201411 yr The Vamps being at #6 still is very promising for them to stay top 10! They're also very stable on iTunes right now which is fantastic :cheer: Let's hope streaming doesn't screw them over, G.R.L. style
October 17, 201411 yr Terrible outcome for Charli XCX. She needs to choose more wisely with her next single otherwise Boom Clap is going to be a 1 hit wonder for her as a solo artist. Where are Anaconda, Ugly Heart, Say You Love Me and Comeback (if, still top 40)? Edited October 17, 201411 yr by Joe.
October 17, 201411 yr Terrible outcome for Charli XCX. She needs to choose more wisely with her next single otherwise Boom Clap is going to be a 1 hit wonder for her as a solo artist. I do wonder if 'Boom Clap' was just a success off the back of 'Fancy' and all the hype has evaporated now? Or maybe the record label aren't bothered about making sure this single does well if they pushed the album back and will try harder with the next single? It's really frustrating to watch this happen to what is my favourite song of the year, but what can ya do?
October 17, 201411 yr Where are Anaconda, Ugly Heart, Say You Love Me and Comeback (if, still top 40)? Anaconda #12 Ugly Heart #25 Say You Love Me #33 Comeback OUT
October 17, 201411 yr She might get a small boost from This Morning, just performing now. Too little too late though. Although her album is #9 on Irish itunes. Random.
October 17, 201411 yr And now we have top 5 sales with today's update. Looks like U2 are set for #5 or #6

It's really frustrating to watch this happen to what is my favourite song of the year, but what can ya do? For me I just think it's a much less instant song than Boom Clap. I haven't managed to get into it at all. Pleased to see the Eminem non-song underperforming and I have no strong opinion either way on any of the week's other releases.
October 17, 201411 yr Thanks for the positions Martin. Jessie J could fall as low as #6 then Edited October 17, 201411 yr by Joe.
October 17, 201411 yr Is Nicole in top 100? A little dickie bird has said she is smooching in the 73 position, shame she missed the 69 position :kink:
October 17, 201411 yr And now we have top 5 sales with today's update. Looks like U2 are set for #5 or #6 They are on Graham Norton tonight ;) !
October 17, 201411 yr I think The Vamps will definitely stay top 10 now, potentially still as high as #8 (although more likely #9). Could have an even more disastrous drop than their previous singles next week though, but then this is a second post-album single for them so it's excusable. Jessie J's album might hold onto #3 but I wouldn't be surprised if it now ends up at #5, George Ezra and Sam Smith could very easily overtake.
October 17, 201411 yr I think One Direction will just hold off Taylor, they had a 10k~ lead on Wednesday and a 6k lead now so they'll probably stay ahead by 2-3k.
October 17, 201411 yr I think Taylor will nab it, she'll increase in sales with the weekend effect where 1D will only decrease
October 17, 201411 yr Surprised that Jessie Ware has slid to #7 when she's been top 5 on itunes album all week (and has climbed up to #3 from the #6 a few days back). But I guess she's not that strong of a physical seller then.
