Besides Devotion sold 9k to get to #5 so even if Tough Love does peak lower, it's bound to do better in terms of first week sales.

October 15, 201411 yr Author Sales are up - Meghan Trainor is on 48k (13k since yesterday's update!) and Ella Henderson is on 26k in the albums (5k more than yesterday).

October 15, 201411 yr 10k for U2. Not bad for an album they gave away for free to apple customers. Makes you think how many copies they would of sold if they'd have released it normally.

I really wish they'd kept to their original plan and released it next week, I think a big part of it is it's just got lost and forgotten about in the mad rush of this week.

I think it needed another week to impact on airplay, too. Boom Clap had an extra week of airplay.

October 15, 201411 yr U2 will struggle to make this album platinum, i know they have approached this campaign with a different concept, they have nothing to prove. Slightly disappointed that Ella Henderson is only up 5k on yesterday, it would be wonderful if she manages 50,000 this week.
